Precise Moves

Rose provides excellent customer service. I had to move my date to an earlier day and time than we originally agreed on. Rose was very kind, and she showed up with John, a truck, and three young men to take care of getting me packed up and moved out quickly. They ALL worked very hard. ALL of my belongings made it to my destination (5 hours away) without a missing piece. Thank you ALL at Precise Moves for taking care of me.

Rose was awesome- very communicative about delays. The guys were great. They let me know when they were 10 mins away from picking up the piano. They had just come from a major move which took three hours longer than than they thought...and then they moved my super heavy, super old piano. I could tell they were really tired, but they got the job done quickly and they were nice. I hope they got some good rest!

Everything went great. The young men were very professional and very helpful. I’ll give a million stars if I could.

It was very great. They were pretty efficient and respectful and they also waited on me helped me out a lot.

I thought to myself, “there is no way they’re going to get this move done in 3 hours”. I guess I was right because they finished in 2 hours and 45 minutes. The team was extremely professional, logical, decisive, precise , and well mannered. The team even arrived early. They treated all of my furniture with respect and care. The team logistics coordinator was also incredibly kindhearted, she followed up with a phone the day before and after. She truly was committed to making the move a great experience for me. Thank you precise moves for also being incredibly affordable! Truly a life saver!
