Pratt Guys

I stopped by the showroom on May 4th and the Pergola was installed on May 23rd. I was very happy that I did not have to wait forever to get the project started and completed. The associates showed up bright and early on the 23rd and the installation was completed the same day (Yeh). The guys got right to work, were very professional and cleaned up behind themselves. I love the look of my yard and can not wait to decorate around my new centerpiece (Pergola). I will definitely recommend and use this company again,

My pergola and patio is the talk of the neighborhood!  I had quotes from several companies and Jacksonville and Pratt guys provided a very reasonable price and more importantly provided exactly what I imagined.  We had a pergola built, stained, and matching wood wrapping on pillars in my patio.  They also installed weatherproof fan and drilled in low voltage wiring into pergola for me. They were extremely professional and finished the project in a reasonable amount of time.  I have already recommended these Guys to several friends and neighbors.

We worked specifically with Adam Pratt. He was very helpful and went out of his way to create this absolutely stunning outdoor living space  for us in a very short window of time. We had a couple of minor hiccups along the way but the overall experience was awesome and we will be using them again for future projects we have in mind. I would recommend Pratt Guys to anyone looking to have this type of work done.

Pratt Custom Services is the best. I could not of had a better experience. Their ideas and vision for the backyard layout was better than I could of ever imagined and they implemented it perfectly. Materials came as described and installers were courteous and punctual. Pricing was very fair especially for the quality of work completed. Everything turned out beautiful!

It was excellent!!  I was referred to Pratt Services by my pool builder.  I called Adam Pratt.  Adam was articulate and professional.  He rearranged his schedule to accommodate mine so that we could meet on that day.  After talking with him about what I wanted and what he could do, it became apparent that he knows how to build a pergola and also appreciates architectural scale and details.  His schedule was full but he fit our project in to meet with our pool construction schedule.  Adam and his crew arrived on the day they promised and after surveying the situation, went right to work.  It was supposed to be a 1-2 day project but some glitches unique to our project caused it to last a third day.  The price never changed and the work was everything that was represented and more.  I am VERY picky about work at my house.  I had some details that I wanted them to take care of and they did so without a complaint.  I will use Pratt Services again and would recommend them to anyone.

Pratt Custom Services do great custom work. They go out of their way to build things the way you want them from scratch, they're very good at what they do, and deliver on time at the price they quote.
