Went well for a little bit and then they just stopped fully servicing my pool. They claimed the pool was too old to keep clean and claimed that's why it was a swampy green despite them coming for full maintenance every week. They claimed all my chemicals were always on target and they could not fix the green. Upon firing them I brought my water in for testing and every single level was way off from the target range. Now, after having my new pool service company for just one month my pool has been consistently clear and blue everyday of the week. I wish I hadn't given them the benefit of the doubt for a full year. They are very nice and they would act receptive to my feedback and concerns but no changes would be made. There were weeks I was sure they must not have come at all because there would not be any improvement in the days after their visit. They took advantage of knowing I was out of town and instead of coming home to an inviting pool I would come home to a swampy pool. I'm so thankful I switched to someone else as I'm spending less and I'm able to use my pool daily.

"I absolutely understand your dissatisfaction and am thankful you found a company to service your pool. Unfortunately, we found that many of our maintenance route pools were suffering and it took the owner of the company taking over the route to discover our technician was not servicing the pools as noted. We take full responsibility. We are in the process of a maintenance change over and have a new technician coming on that is not only a family member but also has 10 years of maintenance service experience. Hopefully our customers in the future will not have the experience you did. It was very unfortunate."

Pool Builder Services,LLC is a family owned business and their work is impeccable.  The owner, Trent Polk, supervised every aspect of the construction and his wife, Jen, helps you choose the materials and colors you want.
Their crew is very experienced and worked everyday to the conclusion.  Everyone was very polite,  professional, and were a joy to work with.
