He has been very good. When the sink started leaking, I found water under the sink and I stopped using that sink. I called Dale out and he fixed the problem, and that was very good. He told me it was very fortunate to be able to get into the wall where he needed to get so he could reroute everything and get it function properly. I have been very pleased with him. Our hot water heater stopped working and Dale came out took a look at it and repaired it. I had someone else put in a charcoal filter system for my water coming into the house and there was a problem with that and I actually had a very small flood and I called in Dale because each person who looked at it were looking at my air conditioning system to see if that was part of the problem. Actually there was a problem there too, which I had not realized. One of the people, who put in my filter checked out my air conditioning system, however, that was not the problem, the problem was something else. Between Dale and the engineers they solved the problem.

After using other plumbers in town, I feel his price was reasonable. He was here from around 9:30 to 11:30. He was very professional and polite. He worked expediently. I was happy with him and will call him again if I need any more work done.

We have used them a lot of times. I am very satisfied with their job and they are the only plumbers I would use.

We had no hot water and the bathtub spigot was away from the wall. The property manager set out their plumber. He didn't know how to repair the spigot and couldn't figure out why there was no hot water. He charged us over $180. We called Plumbers Inc. They came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem as a bad thermostat in 5 minutes, replaced both thermostats and we had hot water 15 minutes later. They charged us $158. A exterior water pipe burst and our tenant cracked our granite sink. The property manager called another one of their plumbers. He messed up a $400 Moen faucet, clogged up the water lines and charged us $368. Dale made a special trip to get the water back on then returned the next day and set in the new sink and faucet, straightened out the previous plumbers mess and charged us $240. Plumbers Inc. is the only plumbing company we will allow to touch any of the plumbing in our home.

I think that their prices were reasonable. I have recommended them to my sister, and she likes them as well.

Plumbers Inc did a great job. They were very nice and knew what they were doing. I appreciated that they were accommodating with my insurance company, too.

It was an excellent experience with Plumbers Inc. They are very reliable and reasonable. The plumber was honest with you when he can't fix something and it needs to be replaced instead. He works well with you.
