They did really good. They actually installed a temporary prop while they had everything set in concrete. They cleaned up after themselves. My mother-in-law said they were very polite and prompt. Things that you want in a contractor. They gave a good estimate and matched the estimate. It was reasonable for the work that they did.

I was very pleased with the level of help provided. They took me in immeditely and tested my exisiting failing salt / chlorine generator.. Within a matter of minutes they were able to determine that the operation was intermittant and would soon have a complete failure. THey worked with me on size and activity to best choose the right size. They provided me with current coupons and even threw in a little extra to get the cost down on a new one. In the end they gave me an extremely fair price (I checked on my phone right there in the store). Very helpful. Awesome experience. Highly reccomend.

Bill Piper is an excellent owner of the Pinch-A-Penny location that I frequent in Jacksonville. He continues to assist me with all my pool and spa needs ....and highly recommend he and his organization for their excellent service. His entire staff of employees could not be better....and are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He's the best!!
