PETSMART

I have an insurance plan with them so I am entitled to certain things for free. Getting the appointment at first was kind of hard to do because they are real busy. I'm usually there with my dogs so it's in and out.  I can drop them off in the morning and pick them up later on, you know, like it the afternoon. That's for grooming. For veterinary service, usually when you get there, you have to wait 10 or 15 minutes because you know, everybody else is there too. Once she comes in, you are out in 30 - 45 minutes. Very good interaction with the dogs. I wouldn't leave them if she didn't.

Always go to PetSmart, they're expensive but I think they're worth it. It also depends on the groomer you get of course. Ask for Sarah, shes the best!

When I can get her into the car, I take my cat shopping for her food, litter, and harness supplies.
Their policy that allows pets to shop with their human pets, makes it fun to pick out mundane items for the care of my feline
friend-pet. A friendly and well informed staff make the shopping easy and a delight.

My dog has been to PetSmart many times for grooming, as well as nail trims. Apparently, the last time we went in, her rabies information was not up-to-date, so they said that she would have to wear a and quot;collar.and quot; My dog was already upset about being there. Apparently, the time before this, a technician had cut her nail to the quick. This upset her so much that every time since, when we take her to this location, she will forcibly sit at the front door. I practically have to carry her into the store. When they said that she would have to wear the collar, my husband said that under no uncertain terms would we want her to be even more traumatized than she already was. The staff there was adamant about her rabies shot, and I guess I can understand that, however, she is an AKC registered pet, and her shots are always up-to-date. I was very unhappy that they wouldn't even make one exception. I told them that I would fax the form to them when I returned home (less than five minutes away). We have not returned to PetSmart since for any reason. We take the dog to her vet where they know that her rabies shot is up-to-date. I feel that they could have made an exception - things happen. I would not, at this time, recommend PetSmart to anyone.

I've had all of my dogs groomed at PetSmart on multiple occaisions at the Orange Park location. They are always very nice and professional. My pets come home looking great! The gooming area is glassed in so you can see how they treat the animals at any time. I like the fact that it is a counter behind a door, behind a door. So I don't have to worry about my pets getting loose! They have excellent hours Sunday through Saturday, so I can always find a convenient appointment.

The employees really love the animals. They take them for walks and play with them quite a bit. They offer deluxe accommodations at an extra cost. Your pets get fed twice per day. They have areas for the dogs to play and stretch their legs. If you have more than one dog, they have facilities to keep your animals kept together during their stay. They have pretty good prices for what they offer.
