Absolutely wonderful my dogs love it here

It went very well, my dogs loved there stay here. they where very happy when I picked them up. overall A+ grade will be bring them back. I will be letting everyone know and tell them to take there animals there.

Recently a sole caretaker for my calico 'cutie' cat, Tuna, I needed a boarding option when travelling. A neighbor, having boarded her dogs at Pet Paradise, highly recommended the place and. I was immediately won over by the site on University Blvd where animal activities allow for dogs and cats to have time outside the enclosed areas. The cats stay in multi-level 'condos'. Another plus is the staff who clearly are animal lovers loving the work as well. Appreciated the photos of Tuna they sent me.

This was the first time we left our puppy, Daisy. She had never been away from us so we were a little apprehensive. However, when we picked her up we could tell that she was happy and had been well take care of. They gave us a very detailed report about her weekend. We will definitely use them again!

I have taken My dog Gemma here for day camps previously.. this was my first overnight boarding ever. The staff put my mind at ease with any questions. I got a picture of her playtime and received a doggy report of her behavior during her stay. I was lucky enough to catch her playing in the kiddie pool when I came to pick her up.. she was in heaven and as always staff is phenomenal.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We paid for extras like shampoo and extra time outside, so it turned out to be a little pricey, but our dog did not want to come home! They provide a Paw-gress report, which is really cute. Definitely would recommend this location!!

Natalie gets so excited when we drop her off. The staff seem to genuinely care about the animals. I like how they give you a 'pawgress' report at the end of the stay and that you are welcome to call during the stay.

Great facility and wonderful staff. Take very good care of my 4 legged child. Experienced with rescue dogs and all the issues that these special animals have. They worked with my Aussie/Border mix showing lots of patience and building trust with her.

It went very well.  Everyone was very nice and helpful.  They told me that my dog behaved well with other dogs.  Since this is my dogs first time visiting a boarding facility I was very relieved to see how well she did.  I feel very comfortable leaving my dog here again.

They do a good job, they are always nice and friendly.

Dropping off my dogs went smoothly. The staff were nice and they treated my dogs well as they took them back. The receptionist asked me about how they acted around other dogs or people and when to feed them, etc... Everything you'd expect to discuss with a pet boarding company. I then spoke to the dog groomer regarding what I would like her to do: a summer cut with the head and tail left grown out, blend the neck so that there isn't a harsh transition between the shaved body and the head. The groomer responded with 'of course' and that is how they usually do a summer cut.
One thing to note, as I was leaving, I noticed through the window behind the reception desk that one of the staff was picking up one of the dogs and started cradling it like a baby. It was a little off-putting because it looked like this guy just picked out this dog from the pack and started man-handling it. I didn't think much of it at the time, but I think it's worth a note on this review so that you can be informed.
When I came to pick up my dogs three days later, the manager was ringing me up. She tried to charge me for administering medication and I told her that the medication was mixed in with the food, with each meal separated into bags. There was no extra work to be done on the part of the staff in order to feed my dog that needed the meds (she's a mini-dachshund and will eat anything you put near her face). The charge was removed after I explained this.
When they brought my dogs out, the groomer has apparently either not listened to me, didn't take notes, or just ignored my requests. My Husky got a summer cut, but his tail and head were also shaved with absolutely no blending at all. His neck was completely shaved like his body, but then 2and quot; of fur abruptly started just behind his ears. He now looks like a sunflower.
Overall, the price was average, the facility is better than most, but their service and professionalism leave a lot of room for improvement. I will not return to this pet boarding company.

They are a great facility, loving staff and the dogs seem to have a good time. One of my concerns is that there are no and quot;localand quot; locations to 32258 zip code. One is more central/north Jax and the other is off the beaten path by 20 plus minutes in Palm Coast. Its not a convenient option for us on a regular basis. The second concern is the price. Its not an option for folks on a budget. there are additional costs for just about everything, so it quickly adds up. Additional and quot;play timeand quot; outside costs $15 per day on top o their boarding fees. If there were some all inclusive fee structures, or discounts for bundling services it would make it more affordable.

I love them. They are wonderful, caring and fabulous people with my dog. My dog goes there willingly. The people that work there love dogs and dogs love going there. You can't ask for anything better; it's like a kid jumping out of the car and going to school. I have not compared their pricing but I think it is fair. They have two locations; one on University Boulevard and the other at the airport. We take out dog to University Boulevard but I also have heard good things about the airport facility. They pay good attention to the pets. My dog is old and some days she will want to play with the spunky dogs and other days she wants to sit with the old lady dogs. They actually accommodate her for that; the staff is fabulous.

They have several locations around town. Things went very well. They are very welcoming and are excellent with our dog. They have a very clean, attractive facility and we have been very pleased with them. I will use them again in the future.
