Description of Work: Royal Paws/Pet Divas is a private professional door-to-door ground pet transportation service. My spouse and I were moving from Las Vegas, NV to the Adirondack Mountains of New York State. Circumstances did not allow us to drive across the United States and transporting our dog via airplane appeared scary and not possible due to time of year. We listened to our guts and kept searching for a service that would take care of our precious dog. Royal Paws/Pet Divas turned out to be a wonderful service. Harold, the lead driver, and his partner arrived at our doorstep the night before our dog was to be transported. They introduced themselves and answered all of our questions. The next day Harold and partner showed up at 7am to pick up our dog, and although it was difficult, we let our precious cargo hop into their minivan with all of her supplies to make the trip across the country. I wish we could have hired Royal Paws/Pet Divas to transport our belongings and vehicles as they were extremely professional as compared to the other vendors we dealt with associated with our move. Over the 42 hours that our dog was travelling with Royal Paws/Pet Divas the men called us via mobile telephone and gave us updates about how our dog was doing. We could call them anytime while they were travelling and they sent us photos of our dog. We were extremely pleased with Royal Paws/Pet Divas service, and if necessary would use their service without hesitation and can recommend them for your pet transport needs.
