The bug service was fine, even though we were never home when the service people came around and my wife and I both work during the day. When I did call when I had ants on my roof under a patch of dead leaves, they came out promptly and took care of the issue.
The yard service was not so good and very expensive. My yard constantly has ants and i felt paying over $80/month for them to spread granular by hand seemed to be waaay too much and was not any better than buying Amdro or Spectraside and spreading that myself.

We have had them for nine years, at two different houses. They worked well with us when we switched from one home to the other. They transferred our contract, which worked well for us. The people who come out are very nice. We have never had any problems, but if you do they will come back out. They are reliable. Anything they have ever done for us has been effective. It seems to me that the price is a reasonable amount, considering we have a guarantee to go with it. They are punctual. I will continue to use this service.

I used their service for about eight months and the person I used to speak to was very problematic. Their job included the shrubs and it costed $21 each time they visited. They did the shrubs four times a year. I used them since August last year for pest control. They came 10 times a year and they charged me $ 420 for that a year. There were weeds in the lawn and when I called them about it they were not responsive. I will not use them again in the future.

I pay them annually. They have two types of services one is pest spraying around the entire house, pool and closures. The second service is they install ground termite detection traps to see if there is any termite activity.

They are good and I have got good results from them. They first took care of an ant infestation at my place, which is not easy to do. They will also come and spray for free if I have any problems after they do the work. They are very professional and the quality of work is very good.
