Our initial meeting was phenomenal. We were in the process of redoing our home and had just had our floors finished and I emphasized my concern regarding no damage to be done. They promised/assured me that: the floors would be covered every day, they would "systematically" go through the home so that we knew where they would be each day and my husband and I could get the areas ready for them. They agreed to paint all the walls, doors, patchwork on some walls, trim and the ceiling in one room as well as our front door frame and door. We signed and agreed. They came and started, when I came home I was told "how much work we're doing, its such a big job" (my house is not 2000 square feet.) The next day I came in and they had gone into the bedroom and bathroom (not what we had discussed); while I understand that plans can deviate we were never called therefore my personal belongings were moved without my consent. Again, I went with the flow. They started in the middle of the week. By the time I got around to Saturday (they were not coming) I started to clean my house and began to find paint on the floor in EVERY ROOM. Not just small drops, smears and large splatters. Upon further inspection I found multiple drip lines on the wall, patch jobs that were not done but just painted over, and lines were not even close to being straight (ceiling and floorboards as well as door frames). I immediately called the man we were working with, he promised he would come out to look, he did on Monday, took photos/videos and promised me it would be fixed. The team came out again, by the time they left the paint had still not been cleaned up, MORE paint was found on floors and i continued to find areas where it had not even been painted (between walls and door frames). I called again, walked through AGAIN with the project manager to be told "well it's a really big job", At this time another crew was brought in, as they are moving my couch back i find a streak of paint along the back of the couch, and their response to me is "oh it will wipe right off". At this point, things were still not completed, still not fixed we requested another walk-through. I refused to allow them in the house again without my being there, so the next day I took off half a day to sit there and make sure everything was fixed. To summarize, yes they did agree to take a large amount of money off, but my point in all of this is what was promised, agreed to, signed in a contract was never done. I purposefully have waited to write this review (service was done in June) because I am still, to this day, finding problems and imperfections in what they did. While they do have a "guarantee" to fix anything, I do not want these workers back in my home. The main problem was I was promised that the floors would be protected, and they did not ever cover these. Under no circumstance would I hire this company

They were ultra professional and ultra responsive.  They did a lot of painting for me and they did something that was called a rainy day discount so they could just show up when it was raining outside.

On schedule, at the price quoted. Team was on time every day, they finished a day earlier than planned, cleaned up after themselves and the work was absolutely beautiful. It was not more than what I would have paid some guy in a torn, stained tee shirt with a truck and ladder to match. But the results and professionalism sets them apart. I will never hire any one else to paint again.

Frank the estimator spent a lot of time going over every inch of our house to explain prep work & paint process. We had a ton of prep work due to cracking, peeling old paint & a lot of areas needing to be caulked. Doug, the project manager, is AWESOME! Super meticulous and just very vested in the overall outcome of the job. Does not cut corners and wants to make sure customer is happy with end result. Super nice guys, also.

Excellent painters with whom I would do business with again. We experienced quality workmanship with an attention to detail. I saw these folks doing work at a condominium up the street and noticed the outstanding preparation they were doing on that job before they painted. Based on what I saw going on at that job site that lasted several weeks I knew they would do a fine job for me. Allen and Preston were true professionals and the leads on an exterior paint project on our home built in the 1920's. Job well done!

They came in and assessed the dining room, stair case, and master bedroom. There were some imperfections that we wanted addressed and they were happy to do it. We were also extremely picky on the specific brand of paint we wanted in our house; they accommodated. We were very pleased with the service, attention, and understanding. The job was absolutely superb and they truly helped transform our home into ours! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a small or large job. We ended up asking them to extend their work onto another bid and complete our living room.

We are very happy with the work of the company, and to the responsiveness of the employees to our scheduling needs! They gave a competitive quote for the work, and while it turned out that they had to contract out to another painter for some patterns they weren't able to complete themselves (stripes, squares, and another design), they were kind enough to arrange that and ensure that they stuck by their original quote. The painter they contracted out to, Steve Wallace, was fantastic, and it was he who did nearly all the work in our home. He was respectful and a hard-worker, and had attention to detail. We appreciate the hard work of Performance Painting and would highly recommend them!

Office and Estimator, Frank, were very professional. Communication was excellent. Frank made the detailed quote I requested. Estimate was very prompt. Ended up choosing another company, but will consider them again in the future.

Called for estimates on Monday, and on Tuesday morning, two representatives arrived and completed laser measuring of the required paint areas.  Asked if they could support a very soon completion date due to planned arrival of visitors; that afternoon, had an estimate in writing. 
Price was comparable to two other estimates but selected Performance Painting because they were very accommodating with the requested completion date.
On date of service, arrived on time, covered all floor areas with tarps, applied two coats of paint and done by 4pm.  The two painters were very professional and courteous.

Our house was built in 1938 so cracks in plaster walls and ceilings are common. The guys filled and sanded smooth the ceilings and applied two coats of paint. They were great.

Would not use this provider again.. It was not made clear to me that they charged by how many coats of paint  they used., He told be $30.00 per side and that is what I expected.   We did not end up on good terms.

After getting 7 estimates and getting the run around from several I called performance who had also painted my house when it was built.  They came promptly, gave me the color I wanted without argument, completed the job in a timely manner for a fair price.  I'm so happy.

Outstanding!  The crew was polite and professional at all times.  They let me know ahead of time when they were coming, what to do to prepare, how long the job would take, where they would be working, etc.  I knew every minute how the work was going.  They were super careful to be sure as little as possible in my home was disturbed while they were working.  The best clean up I've ever had by a contracted service company.  They advised me ahead of time on what type of paint to use - they made suggestions about things that I would have totally screwed up!  The crew was very knowledgeable and skilled.  The rooms turned out gorgeous!!!  It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely hire them again!

We used them one time. They were professional. They kept things clean. They went about their business and did not bother us. The price was competitive. It wasn’t the cheapest and it wasn’t the most expensive.

The  painters called the morning of the job to let me know when they would arrive.  They arrived on time and immediately taped woodwork and covered carpeting.  They were very pleasant and professional, they did not waste time and finished on time.

Jeff Pickering supervised the project in a professional manner. Jeremy Snyder was on time, courteous, had an excellent work ethic. His work ethic was superior including addressing some problems with a wall that had bubbles. He worked with perfection. We highly recommend him & the rest of the crew.

Justin and his team were always on time and professional. They explained everything from the work to be competed to the warranty. They were able to get everything completed before the holidays and we were very satisfied. We will definitely use them again.

Professionalism and quality was excellent.  They had several crews in and out of the house and all were pleasant to deal with and careful in our home.  If we found spots that needed additional attention or touch up, they did it no problem.  The result is an excellent paint job.
