The work was originally scheduled for May 21, but it had been raining quite a bit for several days and was pretty wet. I thought we would have to cancel, but when I talked to Chris he said they would come out and do the repairs, clean the driveway and walk way, and when it dried out they would come back do a light cleaning and seal the entire area. Fortunately the next day it was dry and he came back and had everything done. They did a wonderful job. Very efficient, very professional. When they were finished it looked exactly the way it was when it was originally laid. I was very very pleased with the results. I will call them again when it needs to be resealed.

Chris came out as agreed a couple days after calling. Reviewed the work and provided an estimate. For the amount of work the estimate was very reasonable. Indicated he'd be able to come out in a couple of weeks and would call when he had some specific dates. Right after hurricane Irma (exactly a few weeks later) Chris called and scheduled the work. The two workers worked diligently on pulling up all the pavers in the pool area and putting in fill to level and relay. The work turned out to be a full two days and by the time they were done the deck and the path were laid like new. No dips and the work was A+++. Very impressed with the results and the work ethic of the guys. Chris was a great guy and was very honest and forth coming when describing the work and getting it done. Would definitely recommend Paver Protections...

Chris was fantastic!  He and his team cleared the lanai area of some light furniture and a grill before starting.  They taped-off the driveway so no vendors could disturb the work area.  The process took three days as the covered portion of the lanai area did not want to dry completely.  The team works in stages.  First they power wash, then waited a day for the driveway to dry completely before sanding and sealing.  Then they waited another day for the lanai to get completely dry, which is the way to do it - not rush the job.  The team was very professional, and nice to work around.

***Update on NOV/2015***

After the initial review in which we were unable to get ahold of the company after we purchased the Paver deal Chris contacted us and apologized and wanted to make things right after our experience. He followed through on his promise and he and his team came over and cleaned and sealed our pavers. The weather was tricky but they kept us updated on when they would swing by and commence the work. Overall we are very happy with the work they performed and the price. They were competitive with other quotes we received earlier. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again. He mentioned that they had some issues being able to view messages and scheduling via Angie's List.. hopefully they have been resolved, don't hesitate to try and call too. 

Pressure washing, sanding and sealing was done as agreed. The owner, operator of the company was personable and costs were reasonably calculated. Would recommend the company to friends and family. Good job and good company.

The project was completed on time and at the cost quoted. Chris was a pleasure to work with.

Our experience was great. Chris was very responsive when I called him and came out on time to give me the estimate. The crew showed up when expected and did a fantastic job. We added a few things along the way and they were very accommodating. They blended the new walkways into the driveway perfectly - it looks like it was part of the original paver job. The three crew members who performed the work were friendly, professional and left the work site spotless. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again without hesitation.

Michael always answered my phone calls, the crew showed up when I was told they'd be there, they were very quick and courteous with their work. The only issue I had was I was told they would come back and put the furniture and other items back on my deck which were heavy but never did. I would recommend this company to anybody. Their price was what I was looking to pay and was lower than other companies I had contacted.

They power washed, re-sanded, and sealed our driveway, front walkway, and back lanai which is 20'x 30'. The owners son did the actual work. Very pleasant young man who worked hard and wanted to please you. Would recommend.

We were referred to Mike Costello of Paver Protections by a landscaper after the original paver contractor failed to complete our work. Mike quickly came out to the project, provided an estimate to complete the work, and then performed the actual work a few days later. The team was very thorough and the end result was a very good job. We would highly recommend Mike and the Paver Protections team to anyone!

Chiris came out and did an evaluation of the patio and work we requested to be done. He gave a very professional and reasonable quote for the wok to be done. The product he used was great and our patio looks brand new. He also did a great job on the repairs. We were very pleased.

The original work seemed to be fine. After approximately one year the sealer was gone (from appearance). I called to have Chris come look and advise if this was normal because it seemed it would last longer than one year. He said he would but never showed up. Would like for him to look at patio and advise ??

They are wonderful to work with! Firstly, they show up on time. We have a number of furniture on the patio and in the backyard that needs to be moved into the house while work is being done - They graciously help us move that while being mindful that we have cats (that may escape). They also provide a detailed explanation of what is being done and advised that we should move the car out of the garage before the sealant is put down (so that we won't be stuck in the house for a couple of hours). Overall, very positive experience and will definitely work with them again!

Exceptional quality job. Chris was professional, arrived as scheduled and everything looked great when he left. Very neat and clean with no mess left behind. I will definitely use this company again.
