Another company wanted to seal my plumbing vents and roof vents, in addition to the gaps under the eaves. Patriot Works inspected those and explained the roof vents already had screens that were intact, and if the rodents were entering via plumbing vents they would be in my home, not in my attic. As a result, the estimate was about $1,000 lower to exclude and trap the rodents. The other companies wanted between $3,000 and $15,000 to remediate the insulation. This company said there was very little contaminated insulation and they could clean up what they saw and spray an enzyme (similar to what we already use on any pet messes on carpet) and disinfectant. All in all, Patriot Works was the only company concerned with getting the job done right but at the lowest cost to me.

Jason knew exactly what he was doing and was very responsive to our calls and questions. He removed the raccoons safely and we are happy.

The owner is also the service technician who does the work. Very neat and clean. Answered the phone or called back within reasonable amount of time. Have recommended to several people who were all satisfied with the company.

Ed was incredibly friendly, talked me though the process without once seeming to talk down to me and they did a very clean cut final project. Still in the beginning of the exclusion but so far so good. No more squirrels to terrorize my dogs.
