They did a perfect job replacing my ugly old roof! Mr.Eddie went above and beyond what I expected! His crew were very professional and paid attention to detail! You can not beat the quality or price! We highly recommend!

They did an almost good job on the roofing part of the project but delivered a dismal quality job on the siding. Quarter to three eights gaps around almost all molding they installed. The siding panels are uneven along the bottom. An exterior light fixture has the hole cut so large the light fixture does cover the cut out by three quarters of and inch. Windows they reinstalled with only one nail driven into wood. I am having to redo a substantial part of the trim and reinstall the windows. This is a crew of incompetent workers managed by people who dont care. Save your self the grief.

"(consumer name withheld per their request) is his name, IT (Ret)?.I was shocked to read his comments as I spoke with him daily as the project was ongoing. I am feeling the knife in the BACK (unbelievable) , this rating should be disqualified altogether as the homeowner is obviously bitter about his own work as we installed the roof to the detached craft shop perfectly "not almost good" and the homeowner insisted on the 3/8" siding to replace a 5/8" (thicker siding)...hence the gap around the three windows ...HELLO!!! I offered to place some small trim prior to caulking after realizing the deficiency to his material selection...Mr (consumer name withheld per their request) did not want to pay the 35 dollars for the trim and said just caulk it! Furthermore he did not want to utilize Hardie siding for an extra 200.00, also his choice. The craftshop was designed to low to the ground also by him, years ago...?.We completed a $ 770K dollar home to perfection prior to this small craft shop.....Mr Moore has his own issues obviously, one of my carpenters quit on day three, and another refused to return to the job due to the homeowner's badgering and cursing...?.. yeah, one of those types! The light-fixture hole was due to switching the lights and covers...if we did that bad then-why did he ask for a painting estimate at the completion, I was there all day and he was satisfied and fully content. "The rest of the story" !!!! Ridiculous rating and a reflection of the homeowner not our dedicated services."

Eddie is the owner. I was impressed with his manner and knowledge from the beginning when we walked around my home and he was working up the estimate. He notices several small wood rot areas I never had noticed before. Their work was excellent, their price very fair, the paint high grade. They even did some extra repairs and did not charge me. We hired Patriot Services to paint the exterior of our 1.5 story, 2600 sq. ft. home. Not only did they do an EXCELLENT job but the price quoted was reasonable as well. The team themselves were professional, courteous and friendly. The work was completed using high quality paint materials and the crew took care to maintain a clean worksite while working and cleaned up all materials and equipment at the end of each work day. Clear and effective communication was maintained from start to finish which allowed for ample time to make changes and no payment was required until the job was complete and we were satisfied. We had several neighbors stop by daily and comment on how nice of a job the team was doing, echoing our own thoughts. In a nutshell, EXCELLENT value for the performance and the quality of work these guys provided and we would highly recommend and use them again.

"Unfair rating: We only painted this living room, kitchen and ceiling because the gentleman was a veteran, and the environment was unkept. The resident smoked the entire time while painting two coats of kilz on ceiling covered by nicotine and the nicotine has chemicals and evidently peeked through six months later hence the dissatisfaction. We under charged and it took us one month to receive small check from caretaker /executor. Most companies would not have returned to this job once seen ....we honored it with respect under the conditions which I choose not to mention."

My primary residence is in WA State and my second home is in Jacksonville FL. Having to work with a contractor at long distances and sight unseen is a cause to be picky. I selected Patriot Service Construction thru Home Advisor based on an over the phone interview and reasonable quote. Eddie explained the process of caulking, power washing and providing two coats of paint. He provided before and after pictures and also demolished and replaced a 30 foot section of fencing with a gate that was beyond repair. I could not have been more satisfied with the final results. 5 stars all the way!

Work completed 8/26/16. Great experience. Very good quality. Eddie's crew pressure washed before painting. They touched up some minor cracks in the cinder blocks with caulk. Crew of three painted full exterior with roller and brush in just a bit more than two days. They also repaired the front door threshold board before painting. Excellent job! Excellent price! 1/2 star deducted for not picking up paint chips dislodged by pressure washing; and for a few sloppy spots where paint was left where it shouldn't have been. Eddie is very personable and professional and his crew are self-starters and hard workers. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very reliable and professional. Reasonably priced and would definitely hire again... Eddie was very personable and even touched up a stain on the ceiling although it wasn't included in the job. His professionalism is top notch!
