I spent about $250 for the service. I have used them in the past. I like them because they give a breakup of the parts and the labor cost. Secondly, they are honest. In the past, they have charged me $65 for some parts, wherein another company had charged me $300 for the same parts. Their prices are reasonable. They do not try to sell me things which I do not need. Sometimes, they miss their appointments, though. I will use them again in the future. 

Their good, honest, and wont do things that do not need to be done. Their price are also reasonable. Their ethical and charge legitimately.

Representatives showed up and performed a complete inspection, checking drains, gas charge, filter condition, drain functionality, etc. In effect, they did what they said they would. During the inspection they showed me that the conductor blocks on both units were worn and pitted, although still functioning. They recommended, but did not 'insist', that these be replaced. Unlike the other contractor who performed 'work' and THEN quoted a MUCH over priced rate, this contractor was plain & open, giving all information before any work was done. Incidentally, these conductor blocks were $65 RETAIL and the other company wanted $259 for ONE, some four times the cost for the same part! Contractor cleaned and replaced all filters & covers and left all neat both inside and outside the house.
