We hired Paragon Inc. to paint the exterior of our house. Mr. Tim Pearson was exactly what we were expecting in a professional painter. He has great communication skills. He understood what we wanted and respected our wants. He possesses a strong aesthetic sense in that he knows what looks good and gave his advice when we asked. Mr. Pearson is very detail-oriented i.e. caulking, covering spaces not targeted for painting, neatness, and scheduling multiple projects in coordination with other contractors. He has noticeably crisp, clean edges, even coats, and well-adhered layers. He possesses great time management skills. He worked efficiently and he gave us accurate estimates of how long the job will take to complete. He gave us a fair and extremely reasonable estimate for the job as well as accurate calculations of the quantities of materials required. I recommend him to anyone looking for professional exterior painting and staining for commercial, industrial and residential. I would give him a higher rating if it was available.

Mr. Pearson is a very polite and proper gentleman. He is very easy to work with and the quality of work is superior to most companies I have dealt with before. Mr. Pearson is prompt and very meticulous, makes recommendations that is spot on. The money we paid was worth every penny if not more. We are currently working to hire him to paint our main residence. Hire him, it is a no brained.

Home exterior painted and driveways pressure washed. Excellent work and I am very happy with the results. Tim outlined all the cleaning, prep work and the painting details in his proposal and he did the work he said he would do. He kept the work site clean and neat and finished promptly. Tim is very courteous and knows his craft. All of this adds up to great value for the money.

Used high quality paint. Was very thorough with paint prep. Fixed things to insure house was as it should be before beginning to paint. Did awesome job cleaning metal roof. Was not very conscientious of landscaping. Took time to remove doors for cleaning and painting but also removed door seals which had to be replaced and damaged a door knob which had to be replaced.

Project completed to our great satisfaction. Very detailed careful work. Somewhat more expensive but worth the quality. Received many great comments from neighbors also interested in contracting with Paragon. Well done.

Tim did an excellent job pressure washing and painting the exterior of my rental house and a backyard shed which was way overdue for exterior painting, cleaning and some repairs. Tim is courteous, professional, and very detailed. His work is impeccable and he kept me regularly updated on the progress. I did get multiple quotes for this project and Tim was on the higher end, but I don't feel his price was unreasonable for the amount of work he completed and the quality of the work. The house is now the nicest looking house on the street! I would definitely call Tim again for future projects.

Tim is a pro in every way. His work ethic is superior to all contractors I have encountered in the past few years. I hired Mr. Pearson for a number of projects including painting my home, remodeling storage area, and pressure washing pool area. Mr. Pearson completed all tasks in a superior manor. His quality of work is unimpeachable and he is very flexible with regard to scheduling. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Tim Pearson is a one man operation who may take a little longer to get the job done but you will not be disappointed with the results. The pride he takes in his work is reflected in the quality results produced. Although he was the highest of the three bids received the old adage "you get what you pay for" appears to hold true. I would definitely have Tim back as future painting needs arise. The exterior of my home looks fantastic. He also use top quality material.

I am SO glad I hired Tim to paint my home. I got a great price and he went above and beyond the contract in the process of painting i.e patching cracks in the stucco, even fixing a piece of stucco that needed repair. Paragon was not the least expensive of the four quotes we received to paint our house. Initially we were not even going to consider him but his attention to detail convinced us to give him a try. We were very satisfied with the quality of his work, the quality of his materials and the quality of his advice. The man you talk with is the man who paints your house. You never have to worry about slick salesmen who tell you one thing and then have day laborers show up to do a slapdash job. Tim even returned a week later to install our address numbers which had to be special ordered. BTW his pressure washing was also the best we have ever had.

Did quite a bit of wood repair and replacement in back portion of the house and the soffits. Painted the entire house. Replaced two exterior doors and refurbished one exterior door by replacing knob set, shaving down so it closed easier, and removing old louvered glass with a beautifully framed glass pane. Various odds and ends such as installing new porch light, replacing exterior light bulbs, etc. First of all, I would like to say that Tim is not cheap. In fact, he was the second most expensive estimate I received. But with that said, he was worth every penny. The old saying is "you get what you pay for" and that is definitely true with Tim. He was expensive, but he also made my house look better than I think it has ever looked. I have lived in this house since 1981 and have had numerous paint jobs during that time. I can say without a doubt that this was the best money I have ever spent! Most painters will pressure wash the house, maybe do some scraping, use so-so quality materials, spend a few days, maybe a week, on the job and then they are gone. Not Tim. He worked on my house for three weeks, at least five days a week, showed up at a decent time and stayed until late afternoon. And he worked! He spent days, weeks probably, on preparation. He pressure washed, he replaced rotted wood, he scraped flaking paint, he caulked, he taped, he sprayed a bonding material on the house....so many steps of prep, I probably can't name it all. And he uses extremely high quality paint and materials. He shows you the products he uses and explains the benefits of using these. Even more than the quality of work, I appreciated his expertise and his patience. He will gladly give you advice and his opinion on your project but he let you make your own decision. There were several suggestions he made that I am so glad I took. For example, we have some painted brick on the front of our house between the two front windows. It has always been painted the same color as our shutters. He suggested painting them the house body color for a less dated look and it turned out fantastic! Also, we have an addition on the back of our house that, for whatever reason, we have always painted a different color than the rest of the house. He suggested painting it the same color so that it gave a more cohesive appearance and did not make it stand out as an addition. Seems so logical but it never occurred to us! Another suggestion he made was painting the chimney in the back of the house the trim color to make it stand out as an architectural detail....something I would not have considered, but it looks so good! He leaves every decisions up to you, but you would do well to listen to his suggestions and explanations.....the man knows what he is talking about! Even my neighbor across the street came over to get Tim's advice on colors

The painting is still undergoing but he has done a lot of prep work and more than anyone before has done. He also installed the doors that needed to be done and saved us by reusing one door. He is not cheap but well worth the price. I would recommend him.
