I need more stars! Have had a terrible time getting someone to help with a small yard drainage problem. P&T not only responded quickly by actually returning my call and coming out to discuss but actually showed up to do an amazing job! They had to fix what another company, Back 2 Basics Restoration, botched terribly. The workers were courteous and explained every step to be sure I understood how this fix would work. An owner actually showed up the second day to install and test the sump pump, they also cleared up the equipment incorrectly installed. I can't recommend them highly enough and am so grateful that this company wasn't only out for the money.
