I contacted the office and explained my situation - Sharon took the time to hear my issue and even began helping me trying to find the part that the initial provider said they would order.
After canceling the service call with the initial provider Sharon dispatched someone out the next day.
The next day we scheduled the call between 2 and 4 pm and received a call about 1:30 pm explaining that they had gotten there early and have resolved the issue.
Turns out that the initial diagnoses from the other provider was not correct and the issue was due to a pipe not flushing out the water properly.
He resolved the issue and the estimate was lower than my initial estimate with the initial provider.
So to summarize - very helpful, very prompt and saved me money!
