He arrived on time and went right to work installing the faucet and preparing the area for the RO unit. He then installed the RO unit very efficiently and neatly. He then completely cleaned the area and drained the unit which required 2 hours of drainage time according to the instructions. Per my request he left before the unit was completely drained and after two the 2 hours of drainage I tested the unit and it worked perfectly.

He arrived on time and after I showed him the leak, he got his tools, got into his coveralls and quickly crawled under the house and made the repair.
