We just redid this house. The same cabinets with two other companies were about five grand more because they were pre-made cabinets. They looked really good. A lot of people that came to the open house really commented on the cabinets. Oxley cabinets man, those guys were phenomenal! Everything about those guys were very professional. They know their stuff. They're very good on saying hey, we can do that, it'll run you this amount of money. Would you be open to this? It will give you the same functionality. They were all about giving me options when we were doing this home. They came in, they gave us a recommended layout. The kitchen was one of the selling points. Everbody, that came into the house, said they loved the way the kitchen was laid out. They had a really good layout. The guy that came out, it was just one guy. It took him two days to do the kitchen and bathroom. The installer had been installing cabinets for them for I think he said was 15 years. I'll use them on a consistent basis moving forward. They were giving us the best options on what they thought were the bang for the buck. The installation was done very professionally. With these guys it was the options for the cabinets, then layout. Then, coming out to the house to do the layout. That was a pleasant experience. The install was no drama, vent free. The guy was very professional at laying things out. He was in and out. It's not a small bathroom that you see like in the 50s as a hall bathroom. The options they gave us available, the layout and the install in all three phases. They did all of that for a very reasonable price.

It was a very good experience. Rob the salesman was very nice and the Installers Billy and Randy were excellent-fast, patient and timely.

Fantastic!  new kitchen cabinets are beautiful.  I used them again when I put new cabinets in living room next to fireplace.

Stopped in showroom and left an hour later with work order and install date. Installer showed up promptly and did great work.  Put up 2 wall pantries and 2 upper cabinets. Pantries had pull out shelving. I was surprised he was done by lunch. The only issue I had was when I tried to call back to order matching cabinets for my kitchen and no one returned my calls.  Two months later one of the doors started to warp and they replaced it the next day.  The installer told me they had suffered a family tragedy when I tried to order the kitchen cabinets and that was the reason I didn't hear back from them.  I would still order more from them but my budget won't allow it now.

Went exactly as they promised. They scheduled a date to come out and measure. Then asked for 1 1/2 weeks to prepare a proposal. The proposal was in detail with sketches and floor plans. We needed to do work in the kitchen and bathrooms so we were not ready for a few weeks. As soon as we were ready we called and they scheduled the installation. Installation went smoothly and we are very satisfied with Oxley.

We decided to replace replace the cabinets and the counter-top. Our home is a little older, and they also helped us bring it up to code my making suggestions that maximized the look and storage options. They also installed a new sink.

They guaranteed the parts on everything and even advised us that some of the clips on the drawers can be replaced at no charge, if needed. We were really happy with the work, and they did a professional and excellent job.

This was a great experience from start to finish. As I said Rick was very helpful and knowledgeable to help us select and customize. The cabinet is high quality. I just joined the list so this review is for service in the past. The cabinet still looks like new with daily use.

I was only impressed with the delivery man, Kevin, and my punch list man, Dana.  Everything else in between was unpleasant.  As we were told on a few occasions, our job was not very big and it would be done within a day.  We were told they would be there first thing in the morning with the delivery with the installers right behind.  Kevin was timely.  Thank goodness my husband was there to help with the bulky "L" shaped kitchen counter.  Kevin said it took 3 guys to load the truck, but only 1 was there to offload.  We waited several hours, and several phone calls before the installers showed up.  Subcontractors!!  While at first glance they were ok, they hid or tried to hide damages, to my tile floor, cracked crown moldings, and some installation errors.  At 7:15, they"finished" but there were issues with one of the cabinets.  The next day, that is when the issues were discovered.  Dana came on Friday to finish up.  He was great!  While he did not finish up, as promised he returned on Tuesday.  A small job took 3 days to complete.  The quality of the cabinets are ok.  Some of the cabinets are not smooth, feels like dust got in the final top coat.  Since Oxley was not able to provide all the services(plumbing and electrical) that would not have been a problem but since the dishwasher and fridge needed to reconnected,  disconnected and reconnected based on the subcontractors errors that was an issue, I am still removing the matching wax crayon filler off my cabinets and floor that did not make it in the seams where the cabinets were connected. We thought professionals would have done a better job. While Oxley made it "right" in the end, would I do it again?  No.

It was as good an experience as we have had with this type of service.  the performed as expected.  and the pricing was excellent.

I visited the showroom on several occasions and dealt with Mr. Oxley himself. He was very patient with me as this job was for my mothers kitchen and myself and two siblings were pitching in as a gift to mom to get her kitchen remodeled. Needless to say we had to go back and forth between ourselves to get this project done, but Mr. Oxley was ready when we were.
We had looked into other solutions for cabinets including several websites that will deliver a similar product to Oxley's.
The difference is Oxley had them in stock and they would install them. The pricing was great and about the same or less than buying them online. His labor cost was reasonable. You could tell by visiting the showroom that they know what they are doing and they do cabinets every day -  and that gave us additional confidence.
Mr. Oxley gave us numerous options for counter-tops, but in the end, we went with another supplier for a granite unit.
Once the final decisions were made and we gave a deposit the job was scheduled to be done in less than two weeks.
Just as Mr. Oxley promised, we received a call within a short time that they would be coming out to install the cabinets.
The installers arrived very early and went right to work. I know this review may sound like I was paid to write it, but I am 100% honest when I say these installers were great. They went right to work, they were overly cautious when moving the units into the house. They were clean and fast. You could tell these guys had done this a time or two.
The Cabinets are great. Mr. Oxley had done drawings that he proposed and the finished product was better than expected. We went with a upgraded crown molding effect that was really nice too.
We did has two glass panes in two of the doors that had some exposed raw wood that didn't look as expected.
Once we mentioned that to Mr. Oxley, he came buy a removed the doors and within a short time brought back two perfect replacements.
In the end, I really cannot think of anything that I disliked regarding our dealings with Oxley.

They showed up to do the pre-measure when scheduled and quickly provided the exact specifications and price for the job. The installation was performed on schedule. There was one problem with the sink cut-out (due to contractor leaving the wrong sink lying around), but I called them in the afternoon and they came out to correct the problem the next morning. They did everything they promised as scheduled with no issues.

Billl Henry and the gentlemen that actually did the work were very helpful and professional.  Work was done on time, was done correctly, and at a good price.  Would definitely recommend this company.

Overall, it was a great experience.  Gerry came out and too measurements of my kitchen, and provided a design for free.  He made several insightful suggestions, and also made a very creative space-maximizing suggestion that was incorporated in the finished kitchen.  He also provided drawings to use in dealing with a countertop company which were so accurate that the template measurer stated he didn't even need to come and take further measurements.
The product is American-made and solid wood is available.  The price was very reasonable -- cheaper than a big box store with much better quality.  Gerry provided exactly what he said he wood, exactly when he said he would.  If he couldn't meet an expectation I had of time, he was honest about it, and then met his stated alternate projections.  All Oxley folks who came to my home showed up on time and did their work rapidly -- a factor I hugely appreciate since most contractors like to keep you waiting.
Also, in dealing with the company's main office, calls & messages are returned a timely fashion.  The showroom has most of the company's product available for viewing.
Overall, the folks know their product, don't upsell you needlessly, do what they say they are going to do when they say they will do it, and did not go over the price quotes provided at the start of the work.  Job well done!

I thought their customer service was excellent and their prices were very good.  They have been out to my house to make sure that the designs were right.  The owner is on his way now to my home to make sure that I am happy with the cabinets.

The whole job took 4 months rather than the initial one month promised. The wrong items were being ordered by the sales person, some measurements were wrong. It was a frustrating process. However, everything was eventually fixed.

They did the installation perfect. The worker showed up on time and completed the work in one day. It took 2 weeks for the cabinets to come in once we ordered them. We had a very good experience with them. We did have to leave them several messages before the project was completed. The price was not the best estimate that we got either.
