Orkin Pest Control

I am 84 years old.The salesman who visited my home had me sign the contract on his I-pad, never ask me to read the contract. Told me the contract was for life and would stay with the house if sold,etc. another Salesman stopped by under the pretense of checking the plates that were laid and told me the contract was for 4 years and had to renewed the fifth year, and when l was emailed copies of the Contract- none of this info was in the contract. The spraying was done and I paid half of the amount. I informed the salesman I was paying in full and in not reading the contract he had me sign 18% interest payment plan. I had termites at the time.

They've been back and forth every few days and nothing has worked. I called 2 days ago and there was not response to my calls. With the ants now moving from the bathroom the bedroom. For general purposes they are good. They've been very dependable up until this point. I used them for treatments every 3 months for preventative measures and this issue has to be taken care of.

They claimed they were trying to do a termite inspection. I have a brick home, they drilled holes in the concrete. I had not asked them, and they did not inform me they were coming out. What they did was they drilled the holes, the workers did a sloppy job of trying to clean up the holes they did. I was also having trouble with mice, after that I changed to another company. After my experience with them messing up my bricks, I went with another company. 

They can at least inform you when they are coming. I did not know they were coming. They did come monthly, they were always very efficient. They would have different tech specialists come out. Professionalism would depend on which tech they sent out. 

Price is good. Living in Florida you have all kinds of problems unlike living in California. 

I am going back to them. 

I spent $800 and my payments were reduced yearly to $215.

We do trust him and he does a really good job. He sprays inside and out so if we aren't home when he comes he knows where the key is he lets himself in does what he needs to and leaves.

They were out here and treating our house on time. I never had a problem with them ever.

They responded immediately. The representative appeared knowledgeable on the products he was using.

I would rate him high on my overall experience because he found one thing and messed up and he went and found another one and replaced it. I don't have any comparison to make on price as we have been using them for years. They responsive, punctuality and professionalism is very good.

They were very dishonest and misleading. After they inspected the house, they told us we had termites. They were one of the most expensive pest control companies that we had ever heard of it, so we decided to get a second opinion. We had several other companies come out and inspect our house and they all said that we did not have termites. They were thorough with me, even though they were lying to me. I really felt like they were just trying to get my money. The inspection was free, since they did not spray anything, but they were going to charge us two hundred dollars for the initial treatment, if they sprayed.

Orkin Exterminating is professional and thorough. They come out on time and call before they arrive. It only takes them an hour or so. They treat me like a valued customer, and I highly recommend them as they are a well established company.

Orkin Exterminating is very punctual. They arrive every three months, so I know the job is getting done. They are very efficient, too. I've never had any problems with them.

I feel Orkin Exterminating does a good job. We haven't had any problems with termites. It's nice that we don't need to be present when they do the inspection, either. I'll continue to use them in the future.

I have used Orkin annually for many years. They have kept the termites away from my house. I have used no other service so I have no point of comparison, but I am satisfied with their service. They are friendly and careful with their chemicals.

I have been using Orkin Pest Control for eight years. They are very friendly; I even call the tech by his first name. He had a key to my home at one time since I was at work, so he is trustworthy. He is very busy and still has time to give me information on preventative measures.

In the past Orkin's service has been sub par. But a new manager, Mark, has taken over and the service is great. Mark is attentive and makes sure your problems are taken care of. I would now recommend them to others.
