 + -1 moreOverall going to Oreck has always been a good experience.
Description of Work: Oreck has checked our vacuum several times. If it is a simple thing they show you how to solve the problem yourself, if you want to. No charge for those things. The last time they had to replace some parts and they called to let us know the cost and to get permission to repair it. We even took in a Hoover and they did their best to try to fix it, but the motor had died. No charge for their efforts. Very friendly, informative, congenial. Never tries to sell you something else.
