We have been using O'Neil Property Services for just over a year and find them to be dependable and do an excellent job.  They use excellent equipment and complete the job each time quickly and professionally.  We are glad we found them.

He does a great job, is completely reliable and is always accommodating. When Mr. O'Neil finishes, our yard and the paved areas around our house look neat and manicured. Mr. O'Neil provides a wonderful service and we are so glad to have found him.

Used this service for a full year. On initial estimate, even though the area listed in the Angies list description says all of Jacksonville, he was very hesitant to do my yard on the north side. I moved from weekly to monthly with that thought that that would help if he wasn't having to run up here every week. The work was well done even though I never knew what day it would happen, nice surprise to see the lawn done. He recently terminated our contract due to the distance. Would advise anyone on the north side not to bother. It's so hard to find someone to do a good job, as he did, and leave you a year later and have to start this process all over again. Would strongly suggest he amend his area description on this site.

Great job! We have contracted with Mr. O'Neil for regular lawn service. He has been to our home twice and we are very pleased with his service. He is very meticulous and professional.

I hired O'Neil Property Services over a year ago after receiving several estimates from other lawn service companies.
I explained what I wanted, namely, mowing, trimming of the shrubery, and leaf raking. He has performed all services to
my satisfaction.

The work was completed as agreed. I have no problem with the way the job was done.

They do a good job and I don't dislike anything. They do their job well. I don't have too much interaction with them because I am not here most of the time when they come. They are fine.

After reading other's comments on Angie's List I decided to give O'Neil Property Services a try and am very happy with my choice. We basically have a yard of weeds and dirt. We are just trying to keep up appearances until we are ready to tear down our house and rebuild. We presently live off site. My husband and I went to the house yesterday and were pleasantly surprised! After seeing Darren's work, who knew weeds and dirt could look so good! Wow! I will definitely use Darren's services again!

Responsive, professional, honest, communicates when necessary. Vendor is very close to my property and does not have to travel far to do the work. I do not live in the area. I have not seen the results, but my realtor says the yard looks great. I needed someone to do more than just mowing and blowing of leaves on a regular schedule. I would recommend in a heartbeat. If the house doesn't sell, I will continue the service.

They really make our yard look pretty. We have a contract with them. We pay $100 a month as per the contract. They are very professional and always on time. With them, we always feel that we are getting a fair value for our money.
