Work was pressed forward despite delays for inclement weather. Workers were diligent when on-site and performed as promised. Subsequently, the cracks are the site of coating failure. after several attempts at contacting management and supervisory personnel I managed to get the previous prime contact to view the conditions. He admitted that the work may have been improperly done. He promised to get back on it. He did tell me that he had had several family-oriented and partner-oriented crises but that he would see to it immediately. He asked for some advanced $$ to cover the material that would be needed. I gave him assurance that I would pay cash for the sales receipt for newly purchased goods used to complete the restoration. After several days of calls I left the message that he needed to call me immediately. NO response for the past month.
