work was unsatisfactory, had to hire someone else to fix the poor job they did. Now they have summons me for non payment. Poor customer service. I have proof of the horrible job they left me with and I had to pay more to get it fixed.

Work was done in a time frame that was faster than I expected, the workers were fast and clean. Sealing of the pavers was done a few days later. Very PLEASED with it all. They say you get what you pay for, and Florida Custom Creations is # 1 in my book.

Since the product is ordered and hasnt been installed I cant give a completed rating. I will say my project is smaller ((350sf) than many jobs, some companies wont even visit or give you an honest quote. Quentin is very customer focused and honest in his estimate. Quentin is also mindful of appt times. Iâ m looking forward to completing our project with Quentin and his team.

Quentin, Josh and the installation crew were very professional and efficient. The job came out even better than we anticipated. We are so happy with our new patio and walkway.

Quentin and his team were amazing!! I have never had a contractor that was so responsive. When you talk to them. You can tell he loves what he does and wants to do a great job for his clients. He gave me all the steps and material that they use. He broke down the process and had a great quote compared to others I checked with. From start to finish he never stopped communicating. I never had to call him. He was emailing and texting me updates before I even had a question. With bad weather coming in I thought I would have to wait a little bit for the install but they bumped up the install time and had my patio installed ahead of schedule. He saved me months of waiting and money. His team was fast efficient and worked incredibly hard. They had some great pavers to choose from. They installed a beautiful patio. With plans to add on in the future I will absolutely be calling them back for additions to my outdoor space.
