Carpet Cleaning
Initial charge for cleaning the carpet was $25 for a one-bedroom/850 sq ft, which I was fine with.
Sprayed a chemical to remove a skateboard-sized patch of mold, which vacuumed right off after application.
Seemed a bit excessive to quintuple the price for a small application of a chemical - cleaner stated he wouldn't do the job w/o it.
Would try a Rug Doctor next time.

Carpet Cleaning
I have used them a couple of times and I think they did a good job. I recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning.
