Nikki's Tropical Oasis

The service is AWFUL. I had to ask 3 times for my hedges to be trimmed. When they were finally done, they left the clippings on the ground for 3 days. Most weeks they fail to blow my sidewalk and driveway. The employees of this company are not friendly and are very sketchy. Not sure why we are paying for this lousy service.

Nikki's Tropical Oasis was referred to us by an irrigation company highly rated on Angie's List.  We found their website and called the owner, John Follmer. He answered our initial call, offered to come out the same day to walk our property and discuss our needs. Because we are members of a homeowners association, we wanted to give the other owners enough notice to include them in the meeting if they wished to attend.  Mr. Follmer arrived early for our appointment, which was another plus.  Mr. Follmer started out by explaining his company's services and how they worked.  He actually researched our property, knew its dimensions and had an initial proposal prepared.  We discussed what we needed, what he could and couldn't provide. When discussing licensing and credentials, Mr. Follmer assured us he would forward all of the documents, via email.  His prices were reasonable and fair.  We were very pleased with our initial meeting and if our group agrees, hope to contract with Nikki's Tropical Oasis in the next few weeks.

On 1/29/2013 We contracted with Nikki's Tropical Oasis for $140 per month. He does an excellent job and is very responsive to our needs.
