It went well, they showed up on Friday with plans to just change out my units and move the outside one but once we saw the condition of the old metal ducts on the inside we decided to reduct. No pressure was felt by Nick, he said we could do it either way so if the old rusty and moldy insides of the ductwork didn't bother me he'd leave it. I decided it was worth the extra money and they would be changing the return from under the house which was originally too small and uninsulated metal to inside the attic with flex duct. They removed and sealed up the holes from the old under-house return also. His crew did a great job, all of them know exactly what they need to do with minimal instruction from what I observed. They made a little mess but nothing more than I would have expected with such a dirty job. Call him (904)868-0624
