Workmanship was poor. Short cuts taken to reduce job time and price for him. Tile work was atrocious. Hung new drywall and didn't sand before painting. Paint on a new $2000 vanity. When it came time for the walkthrough, I had 6 pages of things to be fixed. When I stated he wasn't going to repair the poor work, he got his attorney involved. He wanted a settlement agreement where he just walked away. I refused to sign it. His attorney told me she was afraid we would harass him and not allow him to repair his errors. He walked away.
