If you could get negative STARS would be -5 !!!! F RATING WORST OF THE WORST in Jacksonville, we are having to file a law suit b/c he misappropriated funds and is 2 years behind on projects! Its a felony so hopefully will get on news & jail !!! If you need to join lawsuit please reach out to F904jax at Yah** Guy has a sliky tongue but one of the biggest con artist I have run across being in the business over 30 years... recycle he "allegedly" stole money from a church and first hand has cost be over $80,000

Horrible. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company. He knows exactly what he is doing to con people into getting him to do business. He has pocketed money for repairs and has left the work undone. The worst part is that he has not communicated and has left us with no choice but to wait for him or seek someone else to handle the job. His dishonesty and unprofessional has left us at the church at a stand still. He has pocketed the noney and didn’t even complete half of the job. Do not use this company. You will be left disappointed and angry. This isn’t the end for us. We are taking every avenue possible to stop this company from hurting other people.

My Sisters Beautiful Home Had A Terrible Fire During The Time Anthony Nesmith Started His Business. My Baby Sister Decided To Give Him A Try. I Came In Town To Witness Anthony Putting In Her Jacuzzi Bath. Much Of The Wood In The House Was Charcoal Black & Not OR Poorly Treated Or Replaced With New Wood. My Sister Works And Could Not Watch Anthony His UnCertified Staff Place Cheap Material Into Her Home With Good Money She Paid. She Was Happy To Move Back In BUT Spent Over Two Years Chasing Him Round Town To Make Good On The Many Bad: PLUMBING, ELECTRIC, CABINETS, CARPET, WINDOWS WITHOUT SCREENS, PROPER GUTTERS, CLOSET RACKS, SHELVES, KITCHEN SHELVES, STORAGE SHELVES. He Made My Sister Believe He Would Bring In All Workers Needed To Perform Necessary Professional Jobs Because He Is A Contractor. He Kept Sending Mexican Groups Of Staff Who PATCHED BAND-AIDED BUT NEVER COMPLETELY REPAIRED. Pipes Were Not Placed Correctly (WATER CAME THRU WALLS IN DEN) Even Under Kitchen Sink (A SIMPLE TASK); The UpStairs Shower Still Does Work Without Water Dripping Below; The Electric Has A Delay Relay (Only Two Burners On Stove Work) Some Switches Sockets Are Loose NOT Holding; Cheap Carpet Buckle CLOG VACUUM;Cheap Windows No Screens;The Worst Clothes Hanging Racks & VERY POOR TO NO Shelves & Cabinets.ALWAYS CHECK HIM & DO CONTRACT.

NESMITH Construction was OUTSTANDING. Tony and his crew are professional, precise and thorough in all that they accomplished.  I had them complete everything from painting the entire house to completing a shed and replacing over 100 linear FT of soffit. The job was complete without issue, on time and on budget and looks better than we had hoped.  I highly recommend NESMITH Construction for all home improvement projects, big and small.   As a military member it is nice to have a contractor I can trust in my absence.
