I believe ot took at least two missed appointments with no notice to us before we finally got them to our house and one of the faucets was leaking again the next day.

Nelson came highly recommended for both quality and affordable and they did not disappoint! I called only a week out for a kitchen plumbing disconnect and reconnect for new countertop installation. They agree to do the service same day. The countertops were going in at 8am, they arrived promptly at 730 as promised, performed the disconnect and returned later that afternoon for the reconnect. Awesome company to work with! I will definitely be using them for any other plumbing needs in the future!

Nelson's Plumbing has helped us out from day one of buying our 1950s home. They've replaced some of the pipes that were rusted/cracked through (from the house sitting empty), connected drains and reset toilets, etc. They've always been very responsive in scheduling appointments, answering emails, and getting back to us with information and options. Their plumbers show up in the time frame scheduled, they're courteous and polite, and they clean up after themselves.
Down the road my home will need to be completely re-piped as the majority of its original, and I will definitely be contacting them for the job.

They've been out here two or three times. They are dependable and they come when they say they will come.

Had an irrigation meter installed by JEA and needed it hooked up. Nelson Plumbing was recommended to us by a neighbor as they did most of the original plumbing in our neighborhood. We called them and within a day they were able to come out, hooked up our irrigation meter with no problems. We had been told by our irrigation maintenance guy that it could be quite a big job as they may have to trench a very long way looking for the 't' connection, but Nelson plumbing quickly located it, mainly because they did most of the original installation and took care of it quickly. They were a pleasure to work with and will use them again in the future.

Nelson is my first choice of a heating and air conditioning company. They have a great reputation that they absolutely live up to. My mom used them for years and I will give them my business before anyone else. Their rates are reasonable and they are extremely honest.
