Greg did a beautiful job, at a very reasonable price. He was very patient about answering my many questions (I had never had anything re-upholstered before), gave me an estimate on the job based on emailed photos, and gave me suggestions about where to buy fabric. The final price came in under the estimate. But most importantly, the furniture looks great!

Greg Neal was a great communicator, he picked up & delivered.  We would definitely use him again.  A+ service & A+ professionalism.

We ordered the material and the sofas were picked up and taken away. the time frame for the work was a little longer than we had planned but the timing worked out to our advantage.  The workmanship is wonderful and the results are even better that expected. I would recommend Greg Neal to anyone  and we will use his service again in the near future.

Overall it went very well.  I would highly recommend him.

He was able to come out the next say after my evening call. He clearly loves his work and took the time to do a nice job that could not have gone better. We actually paid him more than he wanted to charge because we thought he was not allowing as much as he should for his time. Highly recommended. We plan to use him again on another job.

Greg came by for an estimate over the weekend and arranged to pick up the couch this morning. We expected to get it back by Friday but he called and said he went ahead and took care of it and was able to return it today. He found as working on it that there was wood that also had to be replaced and took care of that too. Greg had me do a spot check, looked great, and then a sit check and it was comfortable and sturdy like the old days. EXCELLENT work, EXELLENT timing, and EXCELLENT price. The couch is old but well made and replacing it was not possible. I'll have it cleaned next and it will be like new. Could not have asked for a better outcome. Will say the 'A' for punctualilty is hedged because he is a firefighter on a weird schedule that you have to work around but he did keep me informed on when he was on his way - and then on the positive, got the couch back a few DAYS early, which was great.
