The guys that came out to service the garage door were excellent.  The site owner needs to improve his telecommunications and responses.

Did Angies List deal for door tune up.  After many contacts, they came out and serviced the door; however, a few months later I have sold my home and the inspection has revealed the rollers were not installed properly and it was a serious hazard.  Called to schedule an appointment to come look and make corrections or determine if the inspector was right in saying they were not installed properly.  Told they would be to home 05/06 between 1 and 3.  No call, No Show, and won't answer phone.  Not professional at all and we wasted time and missed other appointment...

Called for appointment. Came out same day and performed service. Father/son operation. Would recommend.

They did a great job. He went over everything and did exactly what the deal was for. I felt like I got a good deal, they were on time; no mess or fuss, just a good deal. I would highly recommend them as well.

I purchased a Big Deal that included multi-point inspection on my garage door and replacement rollers.  The door sounded horrible prior to my appointment.  The serviceman that came out did an excellent job.  He made very good suggestions to keep the door running smoothly and how not to put strain on the opener.  He was very informative without trying to sell a bunch of add-ons.  The door now operates as if it were new again.  Thank you National Overhead.

BEWARE!  BEWARE! BEWARE!  All this company is interested in is getting their money as fast as possible. I am out over $250.00 because of this company.  They do not care about finishing the job properly.  Very unprofessional.  I have a home warranty that covers things like a broken garage door.  All I need to do is get the problem fixed (garage door), pay for it, get the invoice for the job and then send it to my home warranty company.  The warranty company then re-inverses me the money for the repair.  I never received the invoice, therefore can not get re-inversed.  I have left multiple messages with this garage door company.  The guy on the answering machine actually answered once and he said he'd email the invoice.  I again left more messages with no results;  therefore, I am unable to get my money I paid for this repair re-inversed to me by my warranty company.

The only problem was in getting through to them in the first place.  After contact everything went smoothly.  I feel that they did not have the office personal to handle the calls they received from the ad.

After I changed the schedule 3 times with Greg, he was very accomodating to each change and showed up as he said he would, in fact he was 30 minutes earily.  There were some obstacles as over head shelves in the way, but he worked around these never complaining about the tight space to work in.  The instillation works great.  Greg is to come back in the AM to install two new springs that I requested, that he did not happen to have extra on the truck.

Angie's list had a $99 inspection and neoprene roller replacement offer.  Unbeknownst to me, when I called, the offer had already expired.  The company decided to honor the special price anyway.  This was FANTASTIC and very professional of them.  The man that did the work was named Greg.  He was quick and efficient.  All the while he was explaining how the garage door actually works.  I found this interesting and good for future reference.
I would definitely recommend National Overhead Garage Door in the future and I will be calling them if need be.

Overhead Garage provided excellent and responsive service in addition to honest recommendations on products. Installation was on time and everything works great.

The solution works great and is so quiet our dog doesn't hear us when we return from errands. The heavy-duty springs mean that the door is actually balanced for the first time and easy to bring up/down manually. Greg fixed the keypad and re-programmed to the other door for free. And when the springs were late from UPS delaying installation, he gave us a $20 discount. He also programmed all new and old remotes and our two cars. We couldn't be more pleased.
