Horrible service, the employees are Joesph Green , Noah Jarriel (owner's son) and Michael Jarriel the owner. Joesph and Noah always come out looking homeless and Joesph has come out many times smelling like a run down bar! Joesph with Noah's help stole tools and lawn equipment from me , and come to find out Joesph doesn't even have a G.E.D and he's touching electrical stuff . The owner doesn't return phone calls and all the vans look run down, embarrassing for neighbors to see. Do a background search on each, d.u.is,evictions, violent backgrounds -etc... I will now require full background checks!

I started with YDI Pools a good company  then it was purchased by Mystic Waters, it was going good for awhile, then my pool started to go green to often.  I had my pool done every other week when I question why my pool was turning green, I was contacted that I need to have my pool service every week.  The whole idea was not  to put enough chemicals in the pool so of course it would turn green and they would get the weekly service, more money, I declined weekly service.  At the end of July my pool service stopped, I waited a few weeks then my pool was a dark shade of green.  I called in mid August and was told by their office manager Jennifer that the man who serviced my pool was taken off my schedule because they have stopped my service as of August 1st, I told Jennifer I wanted someone at my pool today, and a man came out to take care of the pool. Then I received a letter dated August 19th 2013 stating that I would no longer have pool service from Mystic Water..   A horrible company to do business with they wanted to get rid of all the people that were with the first company and who were not get weekly service.  P.S. also not very nice people to deal with.  The fun part is I found a great company to do my pool service and it is still every other week and my pool is never green.

I recently bought a home that had a hot tub. I called to have initial set up. The technician was polite, friendly and on time. He stated they usually don't "do hot tubs" and that mine was an older model he was not familiar with. He inspected the unit and turned on all the jets, the heater and the light to make sure they worked. He stated the unit needed a new filter and that he would try to locate one for me. He told me I should drain the spa and then refill it, take a sample of the water to the local pool store to have it analyzed and purchase a spa starter kit from them.
Received a bill in the mail for "diagnose and repair" with a quantity of 2 @ $85.00 each. When I called to inquire I was told the first $85.00 was for the technician to come to my house and the first 30 minutes. The second $85.00 was for the additional hour. I was also informed that the filter I needed to could be found at my local pool store.
I don't think it takes an hour and a half to turn a spa on to see if it works. Worse of all is that after the technician left, the spa was in the same condition as before he arrived! Had it been drained, cleaned, and treated I could understand the charge. Instead, I was left with a hefty bill and a dirty untreated spa. I would have hoped after spending $170.00 I could just turn it on and enjoy it. Instead I have to clean it myself and go up to the local pool store for parts and chemicals. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

2/25/2013 Owner of company called. Very apologetic. Refunded entire amount of bill.
