MURRAY SERVICES INC

This is the second time we had Murray service our furnace systems. The same associate visited both times, remembered the system details and even our conversations from last year. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, obtained the best replacement parts, made the repair and ran the system to assure that all was working properly. This all happened during coldest day or the year and still the company was entirely responsive and prompt.

Excellent! Murray's HQ committed to a 2-hour window for arrival two days beforehand. Early in the window, the office called to note that the associate would be arriving late in the window. He did. The associate called when within a mile for a pre-arrival heads-up. The associate immediately pointed out the best ways to keep our system clean, then proceeded with the agreed-upon work. He completed the work within 1 hour, reviewed what he'd done, pointed out future likely maintenance, and submitted the bill - exactly per estimate.

They were great. I thought so highly of them that I decided to sign a contract with them for an extended warranty. They even gave me a website where I could upgrade my warranty from 5 to 10 years. The two men that came in were polite and were careful to not make a mess. I needed to be absolutely certain that the area that the drywall would be replaced would be dry because of my allergies. He got his wet vac and dried the area, and they then waited until it was dry before they finished.

The two-man crew arrived when they said they would, around nine o'clock. They worked steadily until late afternoon when the work was done, taking an hour off for lunch. They were respectful, always willing to answer questions, efficient, and they cleaned up the area after the work was done. I appreciated their courtesy and careful attention to detail.

The staff at Murray Services are wonderful and do great quality work. They come out when they say they will and are very responsive to all your needs. They are so good I am actually using them for my other property.
