Mrs. Peggy's House Keeping

It always went well.  Peggy is a very likable lady and played in well with our family.  She went out of her way to make sure everything was clean e.g. blinds were dusted, fans were dusted, she removed spots and stains from the carpets and rugs, she even went out of her way to take care of our pets.

I've used her 3 or 4 times. She is very thorough. She cleans everything completely spotless. She is professional. She had a team of people that came in and cleaned everything. They never said anything bad about anything. We had a couple of rentals so some of them were pretty trashed, but she never said anything. She was professional about it. She just got in there and went to work. She was amazing. She stayed and cleaned everything until it was done, she didn't charge by the hour. I had called her last minute on a Sunday and she was still able to come over and clean. She got some of her girls together and came over. She is always there on time.

They did an incredibly thorough job cleaning our whole house; including appliances, floors, windows, bookshelves, countertops, tables, floorboards, etc. They stayed until the work was done, even though it likely took them longer than anticipated. We couldn't be more happy with the service they provided and would definitely recommend them to others.

They do an extremely thorough job. I am very satisfied and very impressed with their service.

They went so far above and beyond my expectations that I gave them more than their asking price. The asking price of $150 felt like stealing! I am delighted that they will be cleaning for me on a regular basis. :)

I've had Mrs. Peggy and her team to my home several times and it has gone extremely well. Her team is very professional and organized and they do a great job on my townhouse. They bring all their own supplies, so I don't have to worry about having things on hand. They also go above and beyond what's expected.

Mrs. Peggy and her girls are heaven sent!  After they are done, there is not a spot left untouched in our house.  They pay attention to details and have always been reliable and professional. 

Peggy and her crew are meticulous! They take the time and care to do the job right and our home has never looked better. She's great in terms of communicating with us and letting us know timing, dates of when she'll be there, etc....Outstanding job cleaning , she goes above and beyond for her clients to ensure that they're happy and that their homes are up to their expectations and spotless.

Peggy is great! Everything is cleaned thoroughly and I look forward to her visits every two weeks! :)

The place was left in bad shape and ms Peggy and her crew came in without judgement and cleaned that apt spotless. Peggy and here crew are a delight!  They did a remarkable job cleaning my house from top to bottom...floors, baseboards, appliance, the works.  Peggy takes pride in her final product, pays attention to the smallest details and her pricing is very reasonable.  I have hired her on a regular basis.  Thanks Peggy!

Ms. Peggy is the most professional house cleaning service I've experienced, and I've had many over the years. Ms. Peggy over delivers on her promises and is very concerned with meeting (and exceeding) the customer's expectations. When I asked her to spend more time in one area of my house, she went far beyond what I had expected. She and her crew are great with my dogs, too. They clean the house while I'm at work and I haven't had any issues with broken or missing items. I would highly recommend Ms. Peggy to any of my family or friends.

The group '3' of ladies came on the appointed time, and began on the kitchen.  After I had gotten ready to leave for my business, I came into the kitchen and they were doing things my other housekeepers had never ever done i.e. cleaning my double oven, washing my kitchen walls, washing my dirty dishes (that were in the dishwasher - by hand!) I was gone for about 4 hours and when I returned, my house was spotless!  To include all the windows!!! They even let my little dog outside to potty and play! I can't wait for them to come back, as I know I am in good, capable hands now.

Oh my goodness she was amazing! The day after moving into our house I went onto angie's list to find someone to come to the house to clean everything out before i started unpacking and putting everything away. I saw that she had good reviews and gave her a call. She was at my house a couple hours later and man did she work her butt off. She didn't miss a thing. She was friendly, told me about the neighborhood and about herself, and did an absolutely wonderful job. She cleaned out every single cabinet and drawer in my bathrooms and kitchen, washed the floors, cleaned all of the appliances, scrubbed the shower and bath tub and toilets (even behind the toilets), and cleaned all of windows in the house. I was expecting the bill to be at least double what she charged me. She is a hard working, honest woman and I plan to hire her many more times in the future.

It was as advertised!  VERY DETAILED! Completely satisfied!

Mrs. Peggy's House Keeping did an excellent job with my house.  Mrs. Peggy arrived with two others and immediately went to work.  It was her first visit with us and her service far exceeded my expectations.  The baseboards were cleaned, the windows shined, and the entire house smelled wonderful.  It was such a joy to come home to clean house after a long day at work.  I am looking forward to her next visit in two weeks. She is the best house keeping service I have ever had.

There is absolutely nothing that I have asked her to do that she won't do. I have these very pricey gel rugs in the bathroom and I bought a special comb to rake them, Peggy does this no problem, plus takes them out side and shakes good, as well as vacuuming them. 
I was having a big party once and asked her & helper to clean all my windows inside and out and she didn't say a word, just got about getting it done. And I have those very tall arched windows. I paid her more for this as they were very dirty around the trim on the outside. 
She's just EXTREMELY conscientious and cleans my home as good as I would if I had the time. I appreciate that very much as I am 
very picky and Peggy knows this. I had tried 4 other cleaners thru Angie's List and they were o.k., but just o.k. doesn't really cut it in my book. Peggy is phenomenal and now  that I've found her I will never let her go. She is the BEST cleaning gal I have EVER had!  Truth.

Peggy has been cleaning bi monthly for me for the past year. Her attention to detail and thoroughness at every visit is impressive. She is extremely dependable. We recently went out of town on vacation. She was scheduled to clean while we were gone. Peggy happily brought in my mail, watered my plants and fed our fish while we were gone not to mention we came home to a beautifully cleaned house. Peggy always lets my dog out while she is here and doesn't mind cleaning with a large dog in the house! I would recommend her to anyone and have!

They arrived at 2.30pm and did not leave until 9.30 pm, that was only because I had to tell Mrs. Peggy that the job was much better than I expected and to forget about a small streak in the window.  It took so long because the house was such a mess, usual job like that would be 2-4 hours.  The amazing part was she still only charged me $150.  I gave a nice tip because I felt bad.  We will definitely use them in the future when we move out or rent our house. I had been looking for someone to come in and deep clean my home for the last 3-4 weeks. I went on craigslist, googled house cleaning for my area, asked neighbors etc. The person from craiglist, after a few emails, never emailed me back when it was time to talk, meet and go over all the details. The local companies, one wanted to charge me $75/hour and said it would take three hours. (do the math:-(.The second company never returned my phone calls, never responded to my voice mail messages or my emails. So I finally decided to stop "talking about" joining Angie's List and decided (one day before i needed my house cleaned) to go ahead and join Angie's List.
I looked for house cleaning,found Mrs. Peggy, read her reviews, looked at her pricing, what she would actually do once they came in and was very impressed. I called her and was thrilled when she told me that she could fit me in on the next day,my desired day.
She had another job that morning and told me she would come over as soon as she finished which ended up being after 3pm. She and another lady came asked for a tour of the house and got started. I have a special needs son who loves to bang his toys and tap his fingers on the walls, cabinets, etc, we also have two guest bedrooms I told Peggy that they would probably only need to dust and clean mirrors in those rooms, she quickly informed me that they just don't dust and clean mirrors that they would vacuum, clean baseboards( like they do for the rest of the house). We agreed they would start upstairs so the I could interact and feed my son downstairs and be ready to take him up for bath time by  the time they're ready to move downstairs. and It all worked out fine.
They worked long and hard for about 4-5 hours, my only observation, (not a complaint), is that I was surprised that they didn't empty my trash, they did clean the outside of my trash bin, and they didn't clean the canisters that are on my counter. They cleaned my oven, cabinets, doors, banisters,wiped down my sons furniture, dust and polished all the furniture, cleaned the blinds and a ton of other things so thats why I can honestly give them an overall excellent review.I even gave what I feel was a decent tip.

I really like the house when she cleaned it did a good.  I have her scheduled now every two weeks....

I didn't think it was possible, but I had an even better experience with Mrs. Peggy's Housekeeping Service today.
She had done such a good job a few months ago that I contacted her about 3 weeks in advance to schedule her crew to clean our house prior to listing it for sale.  Peggy was extremely accommodating, confirmed with me the day before, and not only was on time, but a few minutes early.  She and her assistant, who happened to be her great husband today, worked all day long without stopping! They did a fantastic job, and then she quoted me a price that was more than fair to me, but considering all that they had done, I did not think it was fair to her, so I gave her more than asked.  She and her husband had earned it.
  
It is my hope that she and I can agree on a schedule and price for her to maintain the house while it is on the market.  Thanks for all!
