Our software sends out an appointment booking confirmation immediately after booking as well as automatic reminders the day before and an hour prior to confirm our appointment with our customers. All quotes are sent out via email as well. It is likely this is the cause for the appointment confusion and would explain you not receiving the quote. We will certainly use your feedback as an opportunity to grow and find a better way to cater to our customers who prefer not to provide an email.
