Mr Klean Grout

The grout in my showers (2) is still stained. It looks like a darker shade of grout is coating the original grout so when it gets wet it is two diffferent colors. The shower floor grout looks like it did before they came, stained and dirty looking. They were also suppose to seal the grout but since it was not cleaned or re-grouted, I'm sure that was not done. We called and emailed several times. One email response said they would call the next day, but no one called. A couple of weeks later they finally called back and said they would come. Appointment was made for a few days later between 2 and 4PM. I took off work but no one showed up & no one called to rschedule. I was given a 10 year warranty, what a joke. I feel this business is a scam. I have given them multiple opportunities to respond but no one has made any attempts to make it right. I am not a person that would normally complain but I do not want this company to take advantage of anyone else and hope my review can prevent that from happening.
