Prompt response, arrived on time, honest and courteous, The cause of a loud humming/whirring noise turned out to be a loose cover panel in back. He did not try to pretend that it was something major and busy himself for an hour and charge more. I would never have known if he had. Was pleased and gladly payed the service fee even though the repair didnâ t take long .
