Morgan Exteriors of Jacksonville

I have contact this company several times for them to put the seals on my bathroom windows. They continue to tell me that the installer Ricky will come by and finish the job. I even talked to Will the manager and he too promised me this would be taken care of. As of this date nothing have been done. I don't feel that I should have to continue to call them to have this simple task completed. Last spoke with Heather on several occasions and she said this would be taken care of this weekend as she was referring this to Will the manager and he would probably stop by and take of it. I expressed to Heather that I was waiting to put my new curtains up and she indicated that I should go ahead and put my curtains up anyway. I told her I wanted the seals put on the windows before. I don't feel that I should have to run and continue to call Morgan Windows and beg them to complete this task. I am very unhappy with service I have received from this company.

Took a long time to get the sliding doors delivered from manufacturer.

After Morgan exteriors was hired and the initial payment was made, they said it was going to take about 2 months to get the kitchen cabinets. It took a lot longer than that. I had to call them every couple of months to see if the product had come in. Then we had a big mix up about when they were supposed to show up or whom they were supposed to call upon coming to the condo. They kept calling me instead of calling the tenants or the management company. Once the kitchen cabinets were finally installed then they were upset that they had to come back and fix it. He actually told me to tell the tenants to fix it themselves.

Not only did this company do a sloppy siding job full of mistakes that took multiple requests to fix, but they were also difficult to communicate with and were rude to my fiancee. On top of that, I was grossly overcharged for that poor workmanship. I thought I was investing in a good company, but as it turns out I have strung along for my money while expected to accept subpar results. Now I am stuck with a huge loan that was worth nearly 3 months of trouble.

Heather V has been amazing to work with throughout this process! She has been very thorough and transparent about pricing, different options, and project timing, and she is generally very friendly and professional. The windows have to be custom made and they will be here in a few weeks, so we are very excited to have them installed.

Only had the estimate as of now, but Hudson was very pleasant and informative. They cost was reasonable and met our budget. All in all so far so good. Will have more to follow when the job is complete.

I have not received the windows yet so not able to comment about work quality or value for the money. The salesman was very professional, and they have kept me updated, but no windows yet. However, i must rate these two things to submit my review, so based on what i am expecting due to service so far, i will give them a 5

Had a wonderful experience with Morgan from beginning to end. Kept me informed when Windows would arrive and when installation would begin. The two installers were very knowledgeable when replacing, plus very tidy, nothing for me to clean up. I certainly will be using Morgan again with future projects.

We called and had their representative come to give us a quote for Hurricane windows. We had a few companies come out but Morgan was different. They are family owned and have multiple locations across the state. We did our research and all of their installation reviews were great so we decided to go with them and thankfully we did. It is such a relief to know that for years to come our home is protected. All windows came with lifetime guarantees, so, if any parts went bad, they would be covered. Our install team was fantastic and got 10 windows installed in 1 day and cleaned up. My husband and I did not even have to take any work absences. Had to keep calling for a start date. The people at Morgan Exterior can be very rude. Overall on the high end for job done, and lot of back and forth with office to get job done. The people who came out to work were really professional. The person who fixed siding was great!

Office staff was very courteous and helpful. Salesman was thorough and explained everything in detail. Installer was on time, efficient and did a great job. I would recommend Morgan Exteriors and would use them again in the future.

The company charged a few hundred more than $12,000.00 The contractors completely missed installing key pieces of material. The butt joints did not match. The company was not even sure if flashing was used, that is how uncertain they were of their own work. The underneath of multiple gables was missing the bottom piece. Multiple boards were not aligned/were uneven. If I had not noticed, then they would not have fixed anything. 15 + cigarette butts scattered all over the yard, front, back, sides of the house, right up against the house. They just smoked and threw them on the ground. They had the pallet of building materials (about 30 pieces, 15 feet long) in the middle of our driveway for over a month after the first crew came out, despite the first contractors only working on it for a week. The company, Morgan Exteriors, informed me that they were unaware of the poor, faulty construction because they do not inspect their own work. They say they hire outside contractors, and once these contractors say the job is done then Morgan Exteriors accepts that. No one inspects anything. The painter got to paint (white) all over the house (our house is painted grey). The painter did not use plastic sheeting to seal off any of the bottom walls to prevent paint from dripping all over the exterior. It rained, and due to the lack of sealing, the entire wall is now splotched with white paint. Full brush strokes are seen on the side of the walls. Due to not using any protective equipment, white paint droplets are on the windowsill, hedges, grass, walls, etc. The painter also left the paint lid in the grass and used the hose and left it unraveled in the bushes/side of the house, small things that in addition to the poor work and countless cigarette butts add up to a disappointing performance. After I notified them of my concerns, they eventually got someone out to fix it (a month later). They were unable to fix the paint job because we did not have the paint on hand (we just bought the home and the original owners did not leave us a can). I know the company tried to fix the construction aspect of it all, however I am upset that everything had to be fixed, especially to this extent. I wish that I never hired this company, and I wish that they had a professional paint my house instead, because now I have to live with the paint job, which our family event pointed out when seeing our house for the first time. The employees that work in the office are kind over the phone, but their aptitude and helpfulness did not translate into the finished product. I hope that the siding that I now have is durable and as close to properly done as it can be, but every time I look at my house now and see the paint everywhere, I will be reminded of how it got there and reminded that the siding might not even be properly completed.

Everyone affiliated with this company was professional from start to finish. The installers consulted with me by phone on the day of the installation and we made a change based on my future plan to screen in the back porch. I am a very satisfied customer!
