My wife and I are building a home here in Nocatee. Since we knew we wanted a custom master bedroom closet as well as a kitchen pantry, we called More Space Place to schedule a design meeting. We met with Andrea to discuss our needs as well as options that were available to us. In that meeting I provided Andrea with a copy of our floor plan as well as the measurements provided by our builder. We knew that exact measurements would be required once the drywall was installed. We spent 1 and 1/2 hours with Andrea discussing style options, materials etc. It was a pleasant meeting and Andrea agreed to get back to us within a couple of days with a rough pricing estimate as well as another appointment to review her design ideas. Well, it has been almost two months now and we have heard nothing. Warning...If this is how a customer is treated pre-sale, I’d be concerned how one might be treated after the sale. We found a professional and reputable alternative.
