"I want to first thank Member publicly for providing this feedback. I further acknowledge that we have had issues in the past with returning calls to customers and our shop hours are sometimes unreliable. The latter problem results from the nature of our business as we oftentimes must leave the shop unattended to take care of a customer on their premises. We did have a problem returning calls at one time due to our inadequate phone messaging system. We have since implemented a much better method/system and we believe we have made improvements in that system. There is a time discrepancy involved here. We actually performed the work on Member's laptops back in 2010. But, recently we took advantage of the tools at Angie's List to solicit feedback from our clients. Wendi responded to that feedback request. I have separately contacted Wendi to thank her for the feedback and to offer her a promotional discount for any inconvenience she suffered while we were learning about our shortcomings. I am confident those issues are resolved at this point. - Pat"
