It went flawless. Missi Howell definitely knows what she is doing. It truly felt like Missi had our back through the whole process, which made us feel comfortable through our first time buying a house. If I had to do it over again, I would choose Missi everytime. Highly recommended! DO choose Missi! DON'T think about choosing anyone else.

I searched for 1 year and I was an out of town buyer. Made several trips to Jacksonville to meet with Missi. She was patient with me and never pressured me to make a decision that I wasn't comfortable with. In the end, I feel that I made a wonderful decision with her expertise in her business.
