I had already done a quick cursory clean and expressed that I needed a house deep cleaned on the exact scheduled day to prepare for staging. Cleaned nothing except smeared chemicals on the floor which was streaky and still had dirt and even some pieces of plastic and nails on the floor. Light fixtures caked in dust, counter literally had mouse poop in the corners where I had not wiped, shades dusty etc. Sent pictures showing dirt all over floor, dirty counters, and everything else. No refund, not even partial, offered to come back some other day and fix it which was not an option for me as explained from the start, had to clean it myself immediately or 50% some other service, what the heck. Wasted 250$ on nothing and lost the time window to clean the house.

The service was excellent!!!! She was very punctual and dependable!!! My house was spotless!!! And I tend to be very picky and detail orient and she was able to satisfy all my needs!!! Definitely a happy customer! I recommend to all my friends and family!!!
