He did the job and I charged it to my credit card. I noticed it was charged twice. I attempted to contact him but his voicemail is always full. I had no other recourse but dispute the second charge. The work was fine and he was available to take my call when I was seeking a plumber but now there's no way to contact him.

In order to prevent a new guest bath from needing a possible re-plumb down the road, the guys offered to re-plumb it back to the water heater so if we ever needed to replace the cooper pipes, this area we just remodeled with a new tub, vanity and toilet would not need to be disrupted. Thanks for thinking forward and doing such a great job. Showed up on time, friendly, and ready to work.

My only and quot;complaintand quot; is the plumbing industry in general. I think the price was a little high but everyone tells me that its the nature of the business and that the price I paid was within reason.

The guy cut out the concrete, did the repair, put the concrete patch back in, and everything worked fine. He seemed to know what he's doing; he did it and it worked well afterwards. He didn't charge six arms and five legs. He's usually the first one I call for plumbing.

My experience with him was horrible. He forged my signature on an estimate to make it seem like a contract. I have the original estimate and no where on it is my signature. If someone asked me about him I would tell them to run as far away as they can possibly get.
