I was able to easily make an appt for our home a/c vents and registers to be brushed and cleaned out, which we usually have done every 5-6 years, as we have no pets.The technician, Tucker Kanzler, was on time, clean, respectful of our home, and friendly. He went right to work and performed his duties with professionalism, thoroughness, and care. Quickness professionalism

I went online in a panic the night the air conditioner broke and then starting getting calls. This company called me back immediately and took the time to try and troubleshoot temporay fixes t get the air running and where here first thing in the morning the very next day. Unfortunately buying this home did not know how old the ac unit was and we have to replace. Al has worked with us over the phone answered all our questions and been WONDERFUL. Our new unit will be installed tomorrow just two days after our initial conversation. Greatly appreciate the professionalism and being treated like my problem was their problem and I was the most important client they had. That's great customer service. Thank you so much.

I hired D and T to perform a $179 HVAC service; a $499 service to clean the air ducts (including the dryer vent). I had not yet moved into the home. After moving into the home and having the time to investigate all this stuff. I discovered trash in my evap coils, and an air filter that was likely a year old. When I removed the dryer vent tube from the dryer a bunch of junk spilled out onto the floor. I have not yet investigated the air duct work, but an intelligent person would assume they were not cleaned out either. I have contacted their dispatcher a second time now to have a tech return to complete all the services I have already paid for. ((more to follow)) The company sent two techs for a second visit. They were prompt and professional and completed the work.

The staff at DT and tech were great. Work done seems to be good. Our only complaint would be the tech arrived about 1 3/4 hours late to the appointment.

Out without 20, friendly and professional

Came out twice and charged my a lot of money and did not fix my problem. Spoke to the manager who gave conflicting reason from the two technicians who came out. I called another company who fixed my problem, which was a fraction of the cost, and told me I was over charged for work. II called D&T Manager back who told me I was lying. I hope I am saving other women from being taken advantage of with this review.

D&T is a great company . They tell you right up front what is wrong, get the ok to repair. Mike who was the repair guy was excellent and they have a wonderful customer service department, I noticed how they follow up to let you know just when they will arrive.
