Max had been suffering so badly with severe arthritis, we thought we'd have to euthanize him last August, because he could hardly get up & down or walk. He was hurting! Before we did anything drastic, we thought we'd give acupuncture a try, plus adequan injections. Now he is doing great!!! He was running around the yard when he came home from his treatment, yesterday. I strongly recommend adequan injections and acupuncture if your dog is struggling with arthritis! If the acupuncture is too expensive, at least try the injections. Also, the people who work there are very friendly and caring. They treat the animals as through they were their own pets, plus they treat me like family! I have nothing but praise for all the vets, as well!

We LOVE Merrill Animal Clinic! We have used them for 3 1/2 years. When we first started using them we only had 1 dog and they were good with her. We now have 3 dogs and everyone has been great with them. Cost wise they are comparable to any other vet we have used in the past, but it's the service that sets them apart!

They did great. They kept her, gave her oxygen and live. They were good. They got me right in.

They are very professional. They seem to be kind to the animals and they listen to what we have to say about the animals. They seem really caring about your pets. Merrill Animal Clinic is reasonably priced compared to everything else.

I've been going to this clinic for over 10 years. Extremely professional and highly knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We were very pleased with them. We have two dogs and we have been very pleased with the care. Overall, I rate them highly.

He's not in pain anymore. He's doing better. They gave him medicine. They are expensive, but they are good. The services are excellent. They are true animal lovers. They treat them like little kids.

The front office area appears very well kept and clean. The only problem I experienced was that the assistant took my dog out of my arms and into the back, alone. I was not allowed to go, without there being an additional $25 or $40 fee just to see the vet. I do not appreciate this type of set up at a vet's office. If I had not needed the immunizations at that moment, I would have gone elsewhere, which I have since done. I now use First Coast No Homeless Pets.

Perhaps there' s more interest in making a profit than the care and well-being of the pet and concern / communication with the owner. I'm sure if a person has the ability to pay the additional fee, this office would be acceptable; at least you'd know how your animal is treated in the "back" area.

It was fine, they were nice and friendly, and kept the price agreed upon over the phone. They didn't try to add a bunch of extra charges. Also, her incision healed nicley, there was a little bruising but that's all. You can't even tell now that there is a scar there, it's barely visible. If you want a very reasonable price to get your dog fixed, I'd go here. It was clean and good friendly people.

We have been using the Merrill Animal Clinic for several years. They have provided routine and emergency care for several of our family pets.

They don't have a waiting list. Their facilities are very clean. Their customer service is great. They take the time to answer all of my questions. I believe their prices are reasonable. We haven't had a dog in years and when I talk to other pet owners, their response its positive that the prices are pretty good. I just don't have any recent comparison.
