Buying a home has always been the American dream but when all you’ve read and heard were horror stories about the journey to buying a home, you tend to be a little skeptical about the road ahead to home-ownership. Let me tell you that our experience was everything BUT THAT thanks to Mindy. Mindy was amazing from the beginning. She was always attentive to our needs. We told her what we wanted and changed things around a few times, but Mindy always exceeded our expectations. She never threw in filler houses to make our viewing list longer which was nice because with a toddler and 2 terribly busy adults, you need every moment you have to be productive. She was always available no matter what time of day and if she didn’t have an answer she utilized all her resources until she got one. We never felt like we were in the dark during this process. The absolute best part about working with Mindy was that she was always honest and upfront with us about everything. Transparency was really important to us as we were trying to decide if we’d even remain here in Jacksonville, Florida. She took excellent care of us from start to finish and even beyond that. She’s continued to check on us throughout the process even after we moved in and had been settle for weeks. She’s not afraid to snap her whip at lenders and/or seller’s agents, when deadlines were nearing or missed. We bought a short sale and were able to close in 45 days. She monitored all the progress and took all the headache out of buying a home for us. She even found our dream house for us even when we stopped looking. Lol. We have recommended her to all our friends and family looking in Jacksonville and truly cherish all her hard work and efforts in guiding us through this journey. She always answered all phone calls, texts, and the many many emails we would send as soon as we sent them. I believe we looked at about 18 houses before looking at our dream home and she never made us feel guilty about taking up so much of her time. We also really loved that she took the time to personally get to know us on a personal level in order to order to better find us a home that  would better fit our lifestyles.  I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home because you will not be disappointed. This was our first time buying a home and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable with the whole process.

My experience with Mindy as our realtor has been great. I know that i'm not an easy person to work with but Mindy has walked me step by step in the purchasing of a new home and has gone above and beyond with finding us additional information on any and all questions i have had.

My husband and I always knew we would retire in Jacksonville, Florida. We weren't really ready to buy yet, but took a trip down to check out neighborhoods so we would know where to look online in the future. Our travels took us down beautiful Mandarin Road. We saw a house for sale and looked it up. The pictures were awesome. Stats for the area indicated it was a good place to live. We called the number on the sign and were directed to Mindy. Because we really weren't prepared to buy yet, we had no pre-approvals, no documentation with us. She immediately set us up with a loan company who took all our information over the phone and quickly faxed the needed information to Mindy. The sellers were motivated and were ready to make a decision in a few days as there was a lot of interest in the property (9 offers). We were very wary about getting into a bidding war as we had gone through that before years ago. Mindy persevered, urging us to make an offer even when we were thinking we would never get it. She did her due diligence in finding comps and offering her advice on what would be a good offer. We won the bid with only a little over the other highest bid. We were satisfied that we were paying a fair price. During the loan process and closing, she kept in contact with us and was extremely prompt in answering questions and finding solutions in a friendly and expeditious manner, making sure all the right people were copied on emails. Her attention to detail, and vast knowledge helped make the entire transaction a seamless one. Because we own a home in another state and would not be able to relocate permanently for several months, she helped us find awesome folks to take care of our lawn, pool, and an excellent contractor to do some renovation work. Now, this all explains her incredible work ethic .... what it doesn't explain is that on top of all of that, she is quite simply one of the nicest people we have ever met. She continues to check up on us, asks if we need anything, and forwards information that she believes would be important for us down the road. We highly recommend Mindy!
