They were very good.  The person who was the loan advisor explained the process because this was my first experience buying a home as single person.  I qualified for the first time home owners programs because it had been more than 6 years since I owned a home, without that I wouldn't have been able to get the house.  The bond program qualified for that wonderful income tax refund.  The person that I was dealing with during the loan process and all the paper work involved was very helpful in answering all my questions.  You have an experience where everything is kind of up and down. The interest rate changed then went back down so I had to have 3 different contracts.  The realtor was very responsive in answering all of my phone calls when I had a question about something.  She found the perfect house.  It came with a 2-year home warranty which was fantastic.  She was really good and he name was Maxine Kelly.
