Our Job went very well. We initially spoke w/ Ivan and he scheduled our start date in a reasonable amount of time, mostly due to the rainy weather. The crew arrived and all went smoothly. Excellent workmanship, communication, friendliness, punctual, efficient, . neat, attention to detail, helpful...even did a couple small things for me that were not part of "the job". The wooden gate blends in with my wooden deck railing perfectly.... looks like it's always been there! These guys are great, and my little "guard" dog got along with them too !

Very good work result and communications long the way. We were able to connect with Ivan and communicate throughout the project even though we were still out of state while it was going on. He was able to fit the work into the timeframe we needed and even with the added scope of some ceiling repairs was able to finish before we needed the unit to be available. The results turned out beautifully and we will definitely use them again. The crew came from Jacksonville to St Augustine for the work and the price ended up half of what a local contractor here quoted.

Thank you, Ivan and Pierre !! ..... really nice guys...very professional....hard workers.... on time....explained everything as we went along...their painting was exceptional...very neat....no splatters anywhere...and a lot of detailed work was necessary....the wooden deck and railing are from the 70's and I don't know when last painted...over 10 years at least. It took several coats. Price was very fair... they even moved the heavy patio furniture for me. I will definitely call them back for the next project on my "to do" list !!

The paint job was very smooth Ceilings were painted as well as walls trim and windows sills.All my furniture and floors were properly covered and protected. The crew was courteous and professional. In the end everything was cleaned up. I am very pleased with the job and would not hesitate to call on Ivan again.

Ivan and his crew did an amazing job and we couldn't be happier with the work they did. We had stucco exterior walls removed; wood repair (walls and floors); windows installed; new stucco exterior walls installed. The work was on the second floor exterior and we contacted a lot of companies who didn't want to do the work because of the unique style of our home and the difficulty in the project. We were finally able to get 3 estimates and Ivan's was the most detailed and best price for the full work to be completed. They did such a good job with the outside we hired them to work on the inside. We have some additional outside stucco repair that they will be completing as soon as our schedules line up.
