"We did the work as requested, but we were cut short by rain. We returned the next day which was after this review was written to finish the work started. The customer did not disclose the gravity of how far out of control the property had become, but we did the work at the quoted price. There was no argument as Forrest simply told the customer if they were not completely satisfied with the work a full refund would be given and to consider the work done as a courtesy at no charge. The lawn and landscape business is one of synergy between the customer and service provider which unfortunately doesn't always work out. Again, we refunded the complete amount with no deductions for the work completed. This customer actually argued that because we offered a refund even after completing the work, that somehow made us unprofessional and less than desirable. We do not know what else could have been done to please the customer, but we will post the video for all to see, thanks."
"So everything the customer said was correct. We were in fact cut off by a massive Thunder storm and we did return a day later to finish, but only after this review. This person is still a customer and seems to be happy with our service, so we thank them for their business."
